So How much would a golden demon level that say for example won 3rd place at the character competition.
So its a singel model of a HQ or terminator size model. How much will it be worth?
Also How about a squad say 5x GK painted to that level?
I am asking this because I want to sell some models I will be getting soon.

I don't think you will find a "basic" price for minis at that level. And I likely wouldn't just dump them on eBay.
Models of that sort sell best if you have access to collectors (who likely don't sift through eBay for the odd "Golden Daemon" auction that is actually genuine).
Anyhow, "collectors" is the key word I think. You need to find someone who would be willing to splash out the money for precisely this mini, rather than, say, splash out that money to just get a custom paint-job to their own specification by GD-winners in places like Blue Table, Worthy Painting or Golem Studios.

Well, to be honest I am a lazy guy and kind just sells stuff because I can. Most models I don't really care that much but there is one model, Marneus Calgar which will take 3 months to paint. I kinda asked my friend to paint it like the one on the GW website that won 1st place at a Golden demon.
Will it be worth £400+ or basicly worth the time to paint and sell it or should I just keep it.

It will be worth that money, sure (if the model is what you say it is).
But you got to find the buyer willing to pay that.
In that price range of "selling", it isn't just about throwing up a model in a website anymore (at least not if you want to get the best prices out of it).
If you want to sell at premium collectibles, you need to build your address-book, give that personal call, offer your customers a nice place to have a free coffee while they make their decision, etc.. , that sort of service if you know what I mean.
If it's a one-off, that might not fly. Just saying that is how it tends to work. A lot of "full-time" Golden Daemon competitors actually work as much on getting that "address book" as they do painting the models.
Also, a model painted "Just like" a GD-Winner isn't the model that won a GD. Big difference (and one that isn't necessarily in the paint-job). If the model really is GD-level good, submit it to a GD first and get that badge (and free publicity).

Ahh yeah, I guess I will wait till next year to enter both my army and models into the army on parade and GD. Thx I guess when I get my models I need to go advertise them a bit.

Yup. Looking around a bit, I think for anything over £200.00 for a single miniature, you really need to give it everything it's got.
Here's a £150.00 Helbrute by a GD-winning painter (though no NMM or such things on this one).
Here is a £ 80.00 Nurgle Fantasy Character from Golem.
NMM Models by Golem will cost you somewhere around £ 250.00 as commission (though it will sure vary alot). It's got, however, the added benefit of being able to choose the miniature and paint-scheme you want to have, so it might not apply as much to a "this is what you get" sale.

Everything is worth what it's purchaser will pay for it. GW has already proved that most 40kers will shell out the $. Aim high but reasonable.

They have an "Auction Ending Today" section on the front page, as well as a Auction section under browse gallery. The site points out on is voting scale that 10 is golden daemon territory. So even the miniatures with scores of 5-6 look really good.
So you can browse the auctions, see what is selling and what isn't. And determine from there what is required to get a the price you want.
