Hey guys. I like pink and because of that fact I want to create an Emperor's Children army with the impending new CSM codex for 6E. I'm looking at something fluffy yet semi-competitive. As far as I'm aware all the points totals are correct and everything is above board but knowing myself they could very well be wrong. Any advice, comments and thoughts would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The Lord costs 5pts more than listed, the Noise Marines cost 2pts less but the champion cannot take a Sonic Blaster, and the Marine squad is 10pts more also. So you are 11pts over.

Minor detail:
C: SM = Codex: Space Marines
CSM = Chaos Space Marines
Might want to edit the title, as people like me will think you are intending to run them as "spiky space marines" using the vanilla marine codex.
Can't comment on the list yet, still have until tomorrow when I pick up my own copy of the 'dex.

Honestly? I'd drop all the Sonic Blasters. They're Salvo weapons, which means if you fire them at all, you will not be able to assault with that squad, and if you move, you're only getting 2 shots at 12" range. Yes, they ignore cover, but you could save a lot of points by leaving them with the bolter, or trading the bolter with the close combat weapon so they get the extra attack.
If you want shooty Noise Marines, don't bother with the Doom Siren or any other upgrades. Just have a squad of 10 with Sonic Blasters and a Blastmaster, and maybe an Icon of Excess if you want them to be a little more survivable.

I obviously need to have a look again at my adding up! I think I need to go back to the drawing board anyway in regards to the list in general...

as said, i would dedicate the noicemarines to a role, either bolt pistol and ccw + doomsiren for assaulty, or just blastweapons and nothing else, or else it gets exspensive fast. if running the MURDER sword, i would allso give him a power axe, just in case, plus the model would look awsome. Allso your havocs need 1 more model ! so they are 6, hehe
If running a lord, i feel the best delivering system is some bikes, especially slaanesh ones, with toughness 5 and feel no pain really shines, like really awsome.

If you can somehow manage it, I would change around the daemon allies section. The Masque is good, but not an independent character, heralds are. You can get a herald with pavane for 70 pts, and attached to a unit of daemonettes, she is more protected. Then a third unit of daemons, and can you have a unit with the herald attached coming in on turn one if you want, which is useful if you want to move an enemy unit out of cover, into a formation for your missile/blastmaster blasts, etc.
I like running two 6-daemon units, each with a herald. One comes in turn one, the other usually turn two. They can either be a suicidal pavane unit or a backfield control unit. It's better to have your hardcore dedicated assault units be troops, best in a land raider or bikes. That way they get to the enemy quick and don't scatter or anything bad like that. If the daemonettes around your herald get shot, reattach to another stronger unit of noise marines.
Also, you can drop in a pavane unit in combo with the helldrake on turn two... dance some marines into a line, use the helldrake flamer, and burn (or slaanesh pink cloud) them to death, no saves allowed.

I would rather run Cultist untis with MoS if I want a backfield unit - since 5+ cover and 5+ invuln with t3 amount to about the same thing.
If I was going to bring Slaanesh Daemons I would run The Masque as you have (for the points to make a Slaanesh herald decent, might as well grab the masque and then drag along some Fiends with you.
Overall though, 5 man Noise Marine squads seems like they will die aweful fast. I would make them larger - which provides more benefit from the Icon of Excess. I also really like the Sonic Blasters as a Salvo weapon.

I like your changes, but since your not running rhino's i would cut one of the 6man squads, and then bumb the other two to 12 man, allso the bikes to 6, 3+lord on steed aint much to blast away.
I allso like the idea of 2 heralds with pavane in 2x6man demonette squads, but with those to suggestion, you would need to cut some more, hehe

Yeah, except the Masque will likely get shot. T3, two wounds model. All you need is a half decent round of bolter fire to take that out. About 6 wounds on avg.
The Herald can not only deepstrike in attached to a squad, she can reattach to another, stronger squad (gaining FNP) as well.
If any other Daemons are taken, get some Flamers! One of the most awesome units in the 'dex and great combo with pavane. If you want to model them as Slaaneshi, stick some wings on some fiends or daemonettes and give them those horn-instrument things, and just call the template a sonic-shimmering cloud weapon or whatever.
