Aspiring Champion: 4 4 4 4 1 4 2 9 3+ Infantry (character)
Unit Type: Infantry
Unit Composition 9 chaos cultists + 1 Cultist Champion
Wargear: Auto pistol, Close combat weapon.
(Chaos Space marine only) Power armor, Boltgun, Bolt Pistol, Close Combat Weapon, Frag Grenades, Krak Grenades.
Special Rules: Champion of Chaos. (Cultist/Aspiring Champion only)
Options: May add up to twenty Chaos Cultists........................................................4 pts/ model
Any Chaos Cultist may exchange his auto pistol for an autogun....... 1 pt/ model
-The entire unit may be equiped with frag grenades............................ 1pt/ model
For every ten models in the unit, one Chaos Cultist may replace
his auto pistol with one of the following:
-Heavy stubber..............................................................................................5 pts
-Flamer............................................................................................................5 pts
The Cultist Champion may take a shotgun...............................................2 pts
The Cultist Champion may be upgraded to an Aspiring Champion....10 pts
-The Aspiring Champion may take items from the Melee Weapons
and/or Ranged Weapons Section of the wargear list.
-The Aspiring Champion may take a gift of mutation..............................10 pts
-The Aspiring Champion may take melta bombs.................................... 5 pts
-The Aspiring Champion may take Veterans of the long war............... 2 pts
The unit may purchase one of the following Marks of Chaos:
-Mark of Khorne..............................................................................................2 pts/ model
-Mark of Tzeentch...........................................................................................1 pt/ model
-Mark of Nurgle...............................................................................................2 pts/ model
-Mark of Slaanesh..........................................................................................1 pt/ model

So you got rid of their 6+ save
Gave them an option for frag grenades, and to have a CSM champ in the squad?
Seems nice, but taking away their 6+ was pretty pointless.

BS 3? bs 3 is for people who are trained in using their weapons.... i feel they belong along the lines of the IG conscripts who have 2 because they have no training
