Well after some 4 months of patiently sending out email after email to http://www.bitsandkits.co.uk/ regarding an order made back in mid-June, I've grown somewhat frustrated over the lack of response. Has anyone had this same experience from Bits & Kits UK or does anyone know any other means to contact them seeing as I've already used the 'contact us' and email options to no success.

Four months? I don't know where some guys on this website get the patience for this kind of stuff. I would be calling them nonstop until it is resolved, if that doesn't fix things in the next few days, I would get a refund.

If I had that option (a number to call) I might pursue it (if only once to understand what is actually going on). In the end it might come down to writing a letter and sending it international to make sure they actually get it in hand.
Well it's hard to forget an outstanding order every time that B&K sends out its bulk email about sales/new inclusions into the range...

And I got Cultists from them a couple of weeks back. I've never had an issue with them.

I placed a bunch of orders worth over $200 with this company, most were wrong parts some were short supplied and 1 didn't arrive at all. Paypal refund was issued for some after I raised a claim, however, one order for a razorback turret (turret, shield and lascannons) arrived without lascannons to which I asked for a full refund or send the correct item and was asked to return the items at my expense. As for the no show order still no luck. Like you I emailed through the website and via reply email of order confirmation multiple times with no success. I wish he had a phone number so I could tell him what I think about him.
I strongly recommend to shop elsewhere like ebay australia shop bitz galaxy (in australia) it mau cost a little more but if you get everything ordered and fast it's well worth it.

4 months!...I don't even...
If you paid by debit or credit card then call your card issuer/bank and get a charge back asap. If you have attempted communication with them then its time to draw a line under this order. They don't care about your business so why let them keep hold of your cash?

Just to add, I've ordered bits from them maybe 20-30 times, and I've even done 3 order in a single week. I've never had a problem with them. This is just your typical bad luck with overseas shipping Rob.

Huh, i have order from them loads of tiems and have never had any issues.
If you can't get hold of them for a refund maybe go to your bank and see if they can retrieve the payment?

Ive had very mixed results from them. Sometimes no issues, but other times missing bits, and I don't care for their attitude in the event of something gone wrong. This is based on probably 15 separate orders. Can't recommend them.
