If you're 18 you should be able to abide by dakka's rules and regulations.

Crass language, poor grammar, and poor spelling are all greatly frowned upon. As is googling illegal scans of copyrighted rulebooks, unpunctuated one-word posts, and clogging the boards with indecisive threads.

Starting a thread asking about tips for making a space marine chapter is fine, but starting one, then switching it to asking for help deciding between CSM and GK, then asking what units you need, that is ridiculous.

Edit: You already got one thread locked because you didn't know what you wanted, nor how to go about figuring it out. Everyone has said to figure out a way to buy a codex, read it several times and work from there.
