Its clear resin with a small drop of light blue in there.
I tried many different kinds of water effects and they all shrink like crazy so resin was the best option for me and works the fastest  Automatically Appended Next Post: Managed to finish the leviathan yesterday night! 
What an awesome model, i will need to get more for my army!

Liberame: Turquoise with white its almost pure white with just a small hint of blue.

Today a seer council on jetbike a farseer on foot and 2 flyers with a small group shot of the army so far.
