Unhealthy Competition With Other Legions

Does anyone know when the Storm Talon was originally created? GW doesn't mention anything about it like most vehicles have a "First used during the ladder years of the great crusade" style history, is it listed in HH : Betrayal?

As far as I can tell the Storm Talon is rather 'recent' as it follows the same-ish STC of the Storm Raven, just minimised and such. It's not mentioned anywhere in The Horus Heresy: Betrayal so it definitely wasn't used back then, wasn't even heard of. Iirc the Storm Eagle was the smallest gunship in use by the Legions back then so that furthers my view.

It was discovered sometime after the heresy.
Given that its only recently been implimented, and it can take a couple thousand years for things to gain approval, it was probably discovered sometime between M37 and M39.
The Stormraven STC was discovered much earlier, as its been used by the GKs and BAs for a long time.

According to the GK Codex the Stormraven was in use by GKs for Millenia, and the BA presumably a good hundred years or more before that. So that leaves the Stormraven at being discovered anywhere between the end of the Heresy in M31 to M39.
The stormtalon probably came in about M 36ish but that's just giessing.
