My CSM Death Guard army suddenly needs about 70 zombie models. The GW ones are horrible. The Mantic ones are better but a bit small and there is very little variation in the sprue. I need some help. Will the Mantic ghouls work as zombies? Is there another company that makes good zombies? I have looked at Wargames Factory and their zombies are not at all right. Any ideas?

Mixing the Mantic Ghouls and Zombies should give you a nice variety in appearance. And their slightly smaller scale will make your power armored models look more imposing.

Well isnt smaller better? after all SM are meant to be 7ft tall they should dwarf normal citizens of the imperium.

And frankly the mantic ones just look better, GW zombies are really old now.

If you're looking at Mantic, why not go for the Z Corps pack? It gives you some zombies, some ghouls and some basic soldiers, which should allow you the level of variety you want. You could also give a cool fluff explanation - a zombified platoon of guardsmen for example.
