Okay, on a previous post I asked for ideas for a chaos warband, and I've made one! They are the sons of mendax. Sanctis mendax was a dark apostle of the word bearers, in his dreams the God of change would tell him that his purpose was elsewhere, he needed mendax to bring change to the liars of the galaxy. So mendax in an altered state of consciousness swore allegiance to tzeentch alone, and used his reputation to ammas rogue marines and some word bearer marines into his flock. Once strong enough, he waged holy war against the word bearers with his new magics and his new legion. He seceded successfully, and now wages war on all those resistant to imperfection and change. Menax is a chaos sorceror, and relies mostly on jump infantry to deface the worlds he assaults. The colour scheme is dark green with orange trim and white faces and amulets. All units have a mark of tzeentch. The only member of mendax's legion he trusts is grovin oblitus, a former prodigal son, and chief sorceror of the sons of mendax. Mendax's left hand man, and somewhat less trusted is odio proditor, an alpha legion seargant who fled after murdering his battle brothers in the name of change, proditor has earned the nickname " traitor of a thousand faces" due to his erratic behaviour and unerring faith in tzeentch. Proditor is the lord of the devestators and raptors in mendax's legion. The legion symbol is a skull with its mouth nailed shut.
Thoughts? Opinions?
I'll paint some up and see what you all really think.

Why not just call the legion the Sons of Wikileaks?

Not certain I get the reference.....what is a wikileak?

...I don't like the color scheme. Green and orange? Eyesore waiting to happen. Better accent colors for green would be gold, silver, or white. Green doesn't go with a lot.

He does sound like Julian Assange, doesn't he? Not sure how you change that without altering the fundamental tone of the warband, though; it's not like Assange is a particularly original person. Just don't have him release secret Inquisition documents to the public to make the Imperium not trust the Inquisition and you'll probably get away with it.

How about green and white, with a red toned helmet, like pink? Or do green and gold trim with light blue helmets?
Help me out I need tzeentchy colours.
I wanted my warband to be evil, and ecclectic, did I achieve that? I'm working on quotes for my characters now actually.

Here is one of proditors quotes

Honestly I have no idea who Julian assange is.... I based mendax on John brown.
