I think you're being a little hard on yourself there. Looks like a good, solid result to me

Finish the base, add some markings and on to the next

I really like it. No visible mold lines, neat paintjob, highlights and extra details picked out. Base him up and you have tabletop standards for sure.

Excellent work. Are you new to painting in general or just 40k/Ultramarines?

2 main things:
1. Rotate the pictures
2. Possibly use a blue wash on the armour to get the recesses a bit darker.

Other than that you look like you're off to a great start like the others have said.

I think it looks pretty good! You're being way too harsh on yourself! Comments about using a wash and rotating he pictures I'd second though.
