It's decent enough, perhaps Wreck-it Ralph is on the same level with Up I'd say. Saw it in 3D a few days ago with a buddy of mine and we enjoyed it but weren't super impressed with it. 8.5/10.
As for The Spirit Within in the FF series, that was a decent movie too. People whined too much about how it didn't follow the games but I don't care. I liked it and they can stuff it.

When is deadly danger,
When beset by doubt,
Run in little circles,
And wave your hands and shout. |

I would liken it to this generation's Toy Story. When I was a kid, Toy Story answered a very interesting question that 5 year old Alfndrate had. Wreck It Ralph kinda does the same thing for kids whose primary form of entertainment is a video game. The only sad thing is that arcades are a very rare thing, in fact I usually only ever see arcades (no matter how small) at my local movie theater, or at a Ci-Ci's Pizza...

I loved the Beard Papa cameo, because NO ONE in my state proabbly knows what a Beard Papa is. I felt like ahipster for a few moments.
IN other news, Street Fighter has one of my favorite movie quotes of any villain:
To paraphase M. Bison (Raul Julia): "To you the day I came to your village and killed your father was a moment that changed your life and will be forever fixed in your memory.
To me.... it was a Tuesday."

Took my kid to see it yesterday. He's almost 5 and found portions of it scary. (Did not realize the ex wife had turned him into a pansy). I thought it was fantastic as did my girlfriend. Plenty of video game references throughout and I felt the voice acting and animation were great. We will be buying it when it comes out on the DVD/Blu-Ray.
As for a comparison to Toy Story? Nothing will top Toy Story for me in terms of animated movies. Easily one of my top 3 favorites of all time.

For now, I think so; we'd have to see in a few years if it's still popular and if it gets sequels.

The only thing and the only thing that was kinda scary was the what would happen to a "Glitch" if the gme got unplugged. and the what the final boss looked like.
Seriously, it even creeped me and my friends out.

I cried during the final boss fight... Though I will never admit it.

It was the pay bugs that freaked him out.

Saw the movie last night, with the young'uns. All involved were thoroughly entertained. I thought the story was quite brilliant, and unique.
The animation was first rate and the digitial tricks were cool as well.
