Ok, so this list (i think) is alittle different. The list i think has some synergy and ill explain as i go through it. Id like to know what you think. I have a double force org chart for the third HQ choice.

HQ:
Coteaz - 100pts
Goes with henchmen
Crowe - 150pts
What can i say, i need him for the purifiers. he goes in 5 man squad.
Grand master w/ MC Halberd, blind grenades - 190pts
Use to hopefully make dreads and dreadknight scoring, plus a good leader for the termies

Yeah, its alot of HQs, but they all have a purpose in the army.

Troops:
6 Purifiers w/ Halberd(KotF), DH, Psycannon, x3 Halberds, Razorback w/ HB&Psyammo - 217pts

Better then strike squads, and yes, they all have halberds, they are in small squads so they need some way to stand up to stuff.
7 Termies w/ DH, Psycannon, Banner, Psyammo, x5 Halberds - 350pts + Grand Master
deep strike off the henchmen, my hammer squad
5 Henchmen - 1 mystic, 4 psykers, rhino - 90pts + Cortez
great little tool box, a mobile str 7, ap 2 pie plate, homing beacon for termies and objective holders

Heavies:
Dreadnought w/ x2 TL AC, Psyammo - 135pts
Dreadnought w/ x2 TL AC, Psyammo - 135pts
excellent psyker defense, and who dosent love these guys
Dreadknight w/ Heavy Incenerator, Personal teleporter - 235pts
helps guard my flank, and a trump card against a group threat

I am very new to GK but ill say something i figure. Although i am going for a Draigo wing. This looks pretty awesome to play. It has a lot of different things to use and it seems like you have your thoughts all worked out for it and i can see this being successful, although (as is everyone's weakness) fliers might give your trouble but other then that looks good!

Crowe is not capable of joining a squad.

You are under-utilizing Coteaz's henchmen as troops unlock, really just pick Coteaz or Crowe: both dilutes each one.

7 GKT is an odd size because you don't get a second psycannon, and no hammers at all?

3 Hq's in Gk even at 2k is probably way too much, they are just too expensive. Well, unless you are choosing Inquisitors with divination I guess.

Psyammo on less than 10 guys is inefficient and you are definitely wasting points in an army that can combat squad.

If it's the miniatures you have, you will have fun with the list; but it's not focused enough to be competitive. It's also guilty of spending too much for what you get.

Very nice list. I say coteaz is a mistake however, one squad is not wort it. Cut him and the henchmen and add more purifiers

How is he not able to join a squad? The Blade of Antwyr entry specifically references him being in a squad.

Ill work on that, but every unit has a deamonhammer. its the "DH" in each squad

Crowe can't join a squad as he is not an independent character . The blade of Antwyr affects enemy units when they charge you.

and here i thought he was pretty badass. now i know why, because hes a loner. thats alright, im going to make some adjustments and be back. i have another idea of how to run this list. i just wanted to see if people liked the jist of the idea

How I use Crowe is to hijack a razorback from a purifier squad this gives him some much needed protection. Make good use of Cleansing flame and Heroic sacrifice powers since he's WS 8 he hits most things on 3's and with a re roll if he charged.

eh, im not big on a lone ranger who's going to eat a las cannon shot or something.

i was thinking more of dropping the purifiers for regular strike squads, drop crowe, up the termie squad to 8, get another psycannon and maybe add another identical or larger henchmen squad. I love purifiers, but not at the cost of a 150pt single CC model.

your idea of using him is nice. but without a assualt vehicle, i dont see him getting the charge off without having to jump out of his transport for a turn. i would rather use purifiers, and i still might take one or two squads, and just grand strategy them, but if someone has a really effective method of running crowe, id like to hear it.

Another +1 for Psyammo not being effective in less than 10 man squads. Your purifiers should also pack 2 Psycannons as they can.

Personally I'm not sure are incinerators on purifiers worth it, mostly because purifiers already excel against horde armies.

I wouldn't say having Coteaz is a mistake, he is good HQ and gives access to Divination. Don't put him with the Henchmen though, instead let him join one of the purifiers. Or termies in case you deploy them on field

Other option is to purchase OM TDA inquisitor with Psycannon to join with termies. Henchmen won't be scoring, but you will get prescience on termies that way. And extra psycannon.

Yeah i would suggest dropping Crowe in this list and just using unyielding anvil on the purifiers to make them score. For the points you clear up make the terminator squad 10 man and put both the grand master and Coteaz in there for a sort of death star approach, just make sure you get the Prescience ability and try for misfortune if you can because that is a really nasty combo with the 2 relentless psycannons in the terminators.

if you use crowe use him as a suicide HQ to challenge your opponents special characters for example gazghul and try and get him to kill crowe so you get the chance to remove the character from play............. very handy thing to do when you have trouble killing HQs, 1 reason why i use lukas in my wolves.

Just make sure you have other HQ to be your Warlord, as otherwise you're giving free VP to the enemy.

I find regular brotherhood champions better for the suicide bomb. but if you take Crowe you'll also be able to take the purifiers as troops either way is not to bad. Just don't rely on it 100% as you can always miss or fail the psychic test.

Alright, so maybe this list isn't really different then what you might find, but i think this list really works together. Tell me what you think!

HQ:
Grand master w/ Halberd, psycannon - 225pts
Use to hopefully make henchmen, pallies and /or purifiers scoring
OM Inquisitor w/ TDA, servo skull, psycannon, psyker upgrade w/ divination- 113pts
Makes the pallies more effective

Elites:
6 Purifiers w/ Halberd(KotF), DH, Incenerator, x3 Halberds, Razorback w/ HB&Psyammo - 207pts
This is my anti horde unit. This is a small force, need something to deal with the big units like orks
6 Henchmen - 1 Mystic, 4 psykers, rhino - 90pts
great little tool box, a mobile str 6, ap 3 blast, homing beacon for termies and objective holders(maybe)
8 Pallies x1 DH, x2 psycannons, everyone else has halberds - 480pts w/ (Grand Master + Inquisitor)
my deathstar, will deepstrike, maybe off the henchmen, i would hope. 3 psycannons plus the bolters should keep most units at bay, couldnt find the points for the psyammo

Troops:
6 man Strike Squad w/ Halberd(Justicar), psycannon, DH, razorback w/ HB & psyammo - 190pts

Always take a psycannon on your terminator armoured inquisitors. You also can't take psychic communion and the divination spell. My suggestions would be to drop all the halberds off the strike squads (since the're going to be in the razorbacks) and the banner of your paladins for another paladin so then you have 10 guys in that unit and 4 psycannons.

Seems like a decent list to me. Just make sure you use your dreadknight correctly as you don't want him stuck in a tarpit unit the whole game. The deathstar will hurt a lot.

At the point in which you are investing 225 points into a GKGM and also taking Pallies, you might as well go Draigo. He makes Paladins so much more survivable, as well as allowing you to make other options scoring. I'd also consider going to 10 Pallies to get 4 Psycannons. No need to really even mess with other upgrades besides maybe a stave. All hammers, 4 psycannons, 1 stave+ Draigo.
