My Black Templars crusade has a sub faction called the Blood Knights of the Iron Cross. They are obsessed with their mortality, their blood that makes them human, and the iron within it. This character is their leader- Castellan Rachen. He was captured by some Necron Flayed Ones at the start of the crusade and half of him was flayed alive, hence the bionics. Rachen is German for "jaws", I thought it was fitting haha. C&C more than welcome!

The banner is kit bashed. I stuck half of Necron Immortal (cut the weapons off the hands and stuff) on a fantasy banner pole. The cross on top is a Chaos star with four of the points cut off from the Knights of Chaos box. On the back is a banner from the Black Templars upgrade sprue.

ITs very good, just the only thing that doesent fit is the shield. Very deamony and I dont think a space marine would be using something that looked like that, especially a Black Templar. The forgeworld BT stormshields would look better imo

That's the plan! It's going to be a sweet branching story line like those Goosebumps choose your own adventure haha. One way leads to Heresy and Chaos, the other way leads to destroying the enemies of the Emperor.
