So, I assault my friend's vehicle, and I get some glancing and some penetrating hits (let's say I'm using infantry, no power weapons) - do my hits suffer the -1 on the vehicle damage table for AP-?

@janerowdy AP- is different from no AP. In 5th CC weapons didn't have an AP value so no -1 on the damage table.

There's also the fact that AP- doesnt matter anymore. There is no more -1 on the table for not having an ap value

It wouldn't matter what weapon they were using, if memory serves correctly there were absolutely no CC weapons in 5th that had an AP value. They either ignored armor or they did not.

That being said, not having an AP value and having AP - are two different things. So, in short, no.
