What are the percentages for fantasy as I'm kind of still new and don't have a rule book. Thank for your trouble!

All the armies combined = 100%. That's the only one I know.

It mostly depends on your area. If you live in Pharky-on-Tea (sorry, don't know Brit cities), and every single person plays TK it doesn't matter if they are only 5% of the whole country unless you plan on touring a lot.

0-25% - Lords
0-25% - Heroes
25%+ Core
0-50% Special
0-25% Rare (can only have 2 repeats of the same unit)

If you are High Elves, this changes, but I don't know how.

As High Elves you can take up to 4 of the same rare and 6 of the same special.

25%+ Core
0-50% Special
0-25% Rare (can only have 2 repeats of the same unit)

If you are High Elves, this changes, but I don't know how.

lol Brain fart there, good call. For High elves, and any race in 8th edition it doesnt matter. Everything is based off
