I have a good deal of Daemons, Chaos space marines, IG, orks, grey knights, dark angels, and sisters. How would you go about dealing with a flyer heavy - heavy night fighting necron list with the above armies. If I tool guard to deal with it, I feel they suffer pretty heavily against lists with no flyers. I am unsure on how I can deal with them and still be a solid all comers list. Thoughts?
My knee-jerk thought is:
Belial
5 thundernators, apothecary, cyclone
5 thundernators, cyclone
5 thundernators, cyclone
5 thundernators, cyclone

Aegis defence line or other weapons with interceptor and skyfire special rules are best because they allow you to destroy them before there even on the board and if you go IG and have a hydra flak tank Squadron well you'll find the flyers no threat but you will also want LRBT with the punisher gatling gun to give your troops cover against enemy infantry and vanilla LRBT for dealing with other things.

Well, with Grey Knights, they deal with fliers with the same thing they deal with everything else: psycannons, tons of em.
And I'm not sure why you can't just deal with 4 fliers with anything in general. Their offense is much less inspired than the internet makes it out to be.

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

With guard, just ignore the fliers. Bring some melta stormies, lascannons, and some colossuses or hellhounds. Your opponent has invested so much in fliers that they likely have a pathetic ground presence. Once you wipe all the scoring units off the board and then take over everything on the ground, your opponent will be stuck desperately trying to find some open objectives to put their other scoring unit or two on at the last moment. If you play it right, they're probably only contesting the objectives to boot.
Or play air cav guard and bring lots of your own vendettas. I don't know if it's worth bothering trying to make an all-comers list that plays half to the air game and half to the ground game.

I dunno, I have played against them a number of times, and with a good general behind them at 1500, 4 of them are scary. The quad gun dies after killing a single flyer at best, so I am reluctant to use it. 2 death rays are brutal. The rest just kills infantry, but they have plenty to shoot at when the death rays hit armor. With IG, hydras and 2 lrbt variants is cripplingly expensive at 1500 and leaves little for effective scoring units.
I was thinking about the deathwing build I listed or the following guard build:
CCS - 4 x plasma - astropath - chimera
CCS - 4 x plasma - ootf - chimera
veterans - 3 melta - chimera
veterans - 3 melta - chimera
Infantry platoon
ccs - 2 gl - autocannon - commisar
squad - gl - autocannon
squad - gl - autocannon
sws - 3 flamers
sws - 3 flamers
vendetta
vendetta
hydra
hydra
griffon

Necron flyers are Av11 so S5 and above can be used to against it. Really its all about weight of fire, TL weapons excel in getting those 6's. Of course you shouldn't direct too many shots as you might find you've wasted your turn trying to hit a flyer. Flyers are limited in there movement and be more of a distraction than a threat. Your opponent may only be able to 1-2 turn of shooting if you position your army well before they have to fly off the board or move away to get a better angle next turn.

Don't forget that the Flyers are supersonic, so they always get a jink save, and easily have the capability to severely hinder ground/sky forces. Maybe try to get at least one AA or Skyfire unit, but mostly just ignore them, because 4 will be hard to take down, so as someone said before, don;t waste you're whole shooting phase trying to take them down.

A combination of dedicated AA platforms, this usually means quad gun and Aegis, and flexible multi shot weapons like autocannons.
Either weapon system is effective against non-flyer vehicles as well so they're not wasted or overspecialized points.

I'd say drop one of the CCS. The one with the OotF would be my first suggestion.
He's in a mobile sqd, so he won't likely get to shoot.
Maybe drop the SWS and with the points you save, upgrade the Griffon to a Bassy.
And add a Russ, Hellhound or 3rd Vendetta.
Just a thought.

Take out as many infantry in turn one as possible flyers have to go into reserve if you take out the ground forces before they get on the board the game is over

Supersonic has nothing to do with Jink. Necron fliers can only Jink when they Evade.
