lads i got these bases about year ago, does anyone know how made them as i cant recall . Thanks

Did you mean "Who made them?" or "How were they made?", perhaps?
The How is the easy part (comparatively):
They look resin cast (flash visible around the edge of a couple of bases) bases (no shortage of makers for them, though).
You start with an original, add crap to it, seal it all down and when dry, pour mould material over them and let it set. When it is dry, you remove the originals, mix up the resin and pour into moulds - allow to set and cure. Rinse and repeat - as they say.
As for who made them? Unfortunately, there are hundreds of base makers in the gaming industry, and narrowing them down without specific features - generic urban rubble - doesnt' help.

sorry typo, I meant Who made them, after 4 hours of searching in my bitz boxes i found old bag with some couple more bases. The bag has sticker with name : War Smith miniatures, but website is down, probably due to GW ip as they where doing true scale Space Marines.... anyway thanks.

Well, look on the bright side there are a ton of folks selling rubble bases online now so it shouldn't be too hard to find some that are close enough to what you have now.
