Skin looks good - not sure about the power line to the lightening claw - it needs something, just not sure what.

I like the skin. It will make them stand out from normal orks. I agree with the power line comment. The problem is that it blends with the armor and just looks like its an extension of it. You should make it a different color and make it look like its emanating power (usually through blue, green, or red colors. but really anything that clashes would work. im partial to purple myself.).

I see what you mean about the power line. I like the idea of purple and will give that a go.

Sorry to nit pick, but...

Albino is a lack of pigmentation to the skin. He wouldn't have green shadows between his muscles. In order to pull off the albino look you need to go more colour neutral - something like pink or sepia or brown.

I mean, there is nothing wrong with your colour scheme - he's a light skinned ork. But he ain't albino.

I am currently taking commissions.

Considering he is an ork and made from fungi, I go with the idea that he has green blood. Since he has green blood he will have a green tinge to his skin.

yeah this would be correct! no pigment in the skin but green blood "shining" through the semi transparent skin layers will kind of create this effect... i would like to see a littl bit more highlighting on the skin instead of a wash and a wipe off to get rid of the excess wash

Yeh, I really like it. They could also just be orks that live underground and don't get any sun. Or come from a planet that's always dark or something.

I actually did highlight it with the base coat and then pure white over the top of it. Doesn't really show all that well in the pictures.

When I think of an albino ork, this is what I picture.

While I do agree with the stated comments of the level of green in the first ork, it's actually pretty damn good for a first attempt at getting the albino effect. A replacement of the green wash with a grey/black one would suffice to make it truly albino (or pink), but like you say, you can pass it as the green blood shining through. The immediately above ork is superb, but reminds me more a sort of 'snow-ork'.

I think it is excellent! I like that there are hints of the green in there. I got bored painting my Tyranids all the same, and I have an albino Hormagant.
