That does not work either "The player that goes first then places his entire army on the table in his deployment zone" P.121
Note you deploy your army on the table, on top of a rhino is not "on the table"
if you go by this then you wouldnt be able to place your model in ruins for deployment as its not "on" the table its on the terrain peice
