On an Express Elevator to Hell!!

A new announcement on their LifeInvader page

We have another couple of exceptionally busy weeks ahead of us, after which we should be back on-track for normal services, meaning that we will catch up (very quickly) on any items that are out of stock (of our own resin and metal).

We will also soon have Mat-O-War back in stock, along with K&M trees in December, as well as a good few new clear-cast resin figures and even vehicles.

Those waiting for the sci-fi civilian vehicles will hopefully see some moment and announcements before Christmas and we will also then have some new resin figures for the GOT range as well as a couple of new vehicles.

Development of the 28mm and 15mm drop-ships is also due to commence just prior to Christmas, still looking toward April 2014 for release if at all possible.

This is welcome news, as I'd like to get a mat and some of the trees along with a bunch of other AW products...

Thanks for posting this update!

Yes I was thinking about getting one of the Mats as well, think they look pretty good!

Missed this last time I looked at the site:

Up for pre-order, the Merekat Scout Vehicle (think this is crying out for a Mercedez badge on the centre of the grill there )

That is really a remarkable concept to production translation.

I may have to pick one up.

There is a word for a wargamer with an empty paint bench.

Dead.

Cool, will look good as an Enforcer patrol car in Warpath.

Is there a date on when it's actually being released?

Meant to be 2nd December I believe. Yes, definitely think that thing has a lot of uses (would be very good for Infinity for instance).

Antenociti are now selling the Mat'O'War again, as far as I know the only UK-based seller at present.

I'm in!

With a lot more stuff thrown in too, of course!

Thanks for the heads up!

"Wales & West" Heavy Sentry - multi-part configurable robot that you can place in a multitude of poses yourself - the legs and feet are fully configurable, being able to change position at "ankle" "Knee" "lower thigh" and "upper thigh" - the upper thigh can be rotated on the central pivot and the upper-body can be positioned as liked on the bell-joint. On the head the chin-gun can be rotated and both the missile and heavy canon can be adjusted horizontally. The result being that you can put these bots into a heck of a lot of positions with minimal fuss.

This fella should be available in September in all-metal and we may also do a high-quality resin Ltd Edition.

Can imagine a really cool scenario with this where your team have to get to some console, past the security guys, and this is the 'boss' - no doubt someone doing an ED209 "you have 10 seconds to comply" impression while they are playing

Wow, that's awesome! I totally missed this... did it end up going up for sale?

Is the kickstarter going to be for both of the dropship designs that have been shown over the past year, or just one of them?

As much Info as I can give right now is:

Kickstarter will be for Sci-fi Scenery, interior & exterior, some MDF kits, and civilian vehicles... looking at February/March atm, things are a bit liquid atm due to heavy commitments casting for other peoples kickstarters.. which has to be out of the way before i'll start ours.

Cant say anything about Military vehicles at the moment.... other than, yes, there are 3 dropships (yes 3, Grendel, Harrier & Nemesis) and 2 "flyers" (one of which is the Krokodil) ready to be started, but we're waiting on *something else* that needs to be resolved first, before we get them into a KS.

Sorry about being so cryptic, its just that we're waiting on various *things* to come together, most of which will be at he start of next year, until then its nigh-on impossible to give specifics or fixed timings, sry.

(Ref the Merekat GTK - yeah, i forgot to remove the Merc badge didnt i? oopsie...)

Edit:

This is the Original concept for the Nemesis FTI:

It was designed as a drop-shuttle for a space-game, so we're making some changes to bring it more win line with a squad-drop vessel, rather than a shuttle, but the fundamental design wont change. ..we'll be adding a more suitable cockpit & canopy and changing the scale-ref of superficial features.

@Antenociti,

Any plans on doing anything in HIPS plastic (traditional injection molded plastic)?

I know that working in a new material would be a lot to bite off and lead to many unforseen problems, but I get a lot of happy feelings thinking about a world in which I can buy Antenociti vehicles and figures at the pricepoint and quantity that injection plastic allows.

Well, the more this gets delayed the more I am comfortable with it, many Kickstarters this year and I need a space before I commit to another one.

Okay, cool. Just wanted to check there were still plans in place to make them, I read a comment on some forum somewhere that the Grendel had replaced the Harrier, and I want both!

my usual gaming oppo~ is actually an engineer who designs robotic assembly lines including injection moulding machines, so we've kinda got a resident expert in the larger end of injection moulding.. and we are talking with a UK operation also.

So its not out of the question.

Nemesis Dropship looks great, don't change too much. Hope it is 28/30 mm scale as the others.
Also nice that there is one kickstarter not ending in December

28mm + 15mm + 6mm is the idea for all of them.

The Nemesis wont be changing much other than the cockpit area, overall design and core features wont change at all... its a more "brutal" design which we like, especially versus the "sleek" Harrier.
Grendel wouldnt look out of place with either Colonial marines or even some GW stuff.

It's great isn't it. Take a look at their website, I think their sci-fi vehicle designs are some of the coolest on the market - bar none.

Really looking forward to what designs are waiting in the pipeline..

I did have an idea for a crusty APC - it was pretty blocky, like the dropship and i think 6 wheeled, but do you think i can remember where it is?....

On the other hand, what do you think of the Tomkah from Mass effect? something l like that might work...

or this even:
