28mm Mako please!

“Good people are quick to help others in need, without hesitation or requiring proof the need is genuine. The wicked will believe they are fighting for good, but when others are in need they’ll be reluctant to help, withholding compassion until they see proof of that need. And yet Evil is quick to condemn, vilify and attack. For Evil, proof isn’t needed to bring harm, only hatred and a belief in the cause.”

That's the vehicle from the first Mass Effect, rather than that rather crummy hover-thing from the second one right? If so, definitely agree with you!

I think that if Cruties had a land APC, it would be a walker with insectoid legs, not wheels (somewhat like their dropship with proper cricket legs)

The Tomkah is pretty cool, but it is rather close to the south african Roolikat/Ratel based AFV and/or the Casspir APC that M.N.U forces use, not quite alien (stick legs on it tho..)

(sorry for the tangent)

Does anybody have the dimensions or comparisons shots of the Merekat GTK Scout Vehicle with GW vehicles? Really want a couple for my IG but I need to know what it'll count as before I invest.

I have can give you the dimensions of the Merekat, but I don't have any 28mm GW stuff so I can't do you a photo (unless you want to see it dwarf an Epic Rhino).

Measurements are near enough 10cm x 6cm x 4cm (with turret). Note that the axle 'arms' can be assembled in different positions so there's a little scope for making it taller/shorter etc.

On an Express Elevator to Hell!!

Don't think this has been posted here yet?

WIP of a Sushi Bar, coming in 2014. Definitely looking forward to this, hopefully it will be as competitively priced as some of their other building releases.

Moving from this back in 2009:

towards this in 2013:

MDF, I assume? I bet some of that stuff would go great in a Deadzone game, too.

I wonder if that sushi bar will be part of their Sci fi terrain kickstarter?

Having just went in on an urban board from the games and gears one, I'm all hot under the collar for their terrain kickstarter. Hopefully it'll be a couple of months away, to give my wallet some much needed r&r...

Here you go Eggs, from earlier on in the thread

Kickstarter will be for Sci-fi Scenery, interior & exterior, some MDF kits, and civilian vehicles... looking at February/March atm, things are a bit liquid atm due to heavy commitments casting for other peoples kickstarters.. which has to be out of the way before i'll start ours.

I suspect I'll be spending a lot of money on that one. Antenocitis stuff is pretty droolworthy.

Development of the 28mm and 15mm drop-ships is also due to commence just prior to Christmas, still looking toward April 2014 for release if at all possible.

Cant say anything about Military vehicles at the moment.... other than, yes, there are 3 dropships (yes 3, Grendel, Harrier & Nemesis) and 2 "flyers" (one of which is the Krokodil) ready to be started, but we're waiting on *something else* that needs to be resolved first, before we get them into a KS.

So Dropship release February, March or April? Any news about that, now that April has arrived?

Love the bikes but the cars seem a bit naff. Maybe it's the paintjob (but not the reflected cityscape, that looks nice!).

As of right now, it looks like it's tied to Infinity/Corvus Belli. CB is making a "big announcement" on April 26th or 27th.

Yeah, I'm not digging those cars. The future would have to be pretty bleak before I'd be caught dead in one of those things.

But, you have to think of the mileage, your main consideration when petrol/gas costs $100 a gallon!

The cars are too Chibi for my taste.

A little perhaps, although I don't think they are quite that distorted!

There is a real shortage of sci-fi civilian vehicles, not that stuff on the market and Antenociti seem to be one of the only companies that do it. I'm sure they will be popular.
