I'm not a fan of MDF terrain but I like those resin accesories particularly the strip lighting very clever need lots of them and some doors too.

I think those add-on resin details will set these off nicely and help mitigate the 'Hello, I'm flat MDF' look that most laser cut kits have.

I like the TAG bay, do the large doors seem small though? TAGs might be ducking to get under

I'm really starting to think that MDF with resin detail kits is the best compromise of price vs detail vs uniqueness. Suddenly I regret starting work on my Cyberpunk-themed board.

Those look absolutely fantastic, some of the best building models I have seen.

Hopefully they will follow the pricing levels set so far by Antenociti, and not be prohibitively expensive!

Good question...perhaps it is time for a mod or OP to change the title since it'll be primarily Infinity style terrain from now on.

Those resin detailing bits are really, really awesome looking. I had never really wanted any of these kits until I saw those; they really do transform them.

I hope so, I would buy quite a few of them.

I have a number of the older detailing items. They are a brilliant way to spruce up an otherwise plain piece of scenery.

Doors and bits of equipment like heat exchangers, fuel pumps, comms stations and so on, add a lot of convincing detail that would be a PITA to make for yourself.

I've used the always handy pegasus sets for stuff like that, and I'm always looking for more parts to get more variety. I've glued them to cheap cardboard houses that I picked up at Hobby Lobby and on electrical boxes that I picked up at Home Depot.

Antenocitis would get a good chunk of money from me if this is something I can buy separate from the buildings.

All detailing resin will be available in separate scenery packs so that the gamer can make their own buildings and just add the scenery details they want. Also means you can scratch-build your own building, or change an existing one, to match exactly what you want.

Sorry guys posted this in the Infinity section but should have put it here really.

From the Antenociti LifeInvader page

Booked-in a new 3d Designers over the weekend for around a dozen new civilian vehicles of various types, sizes and degrees of "sci-fi-ness"... which frees up Jed to concentrate on developing scenery for " a certain game".
Meaning that Jed's been working on 25mm, 40mm and 5mm bases over the weekend, plus more scenery scatter items for sci-fi tables.. you can never have too much scatter.
On top of that we will soon be releasing some new fantasy sets for interior and exterior detailing, as well as some resin house kits... expect more and more detailed news once the website and blog have been fully updated.

Yes.

Since before Xmas 2013 we've been working on an awful lot of things that we've not been able to discuss...that will (very, very) soon change to "we can now discuss openly at long long last"... :-)

At this moment in time: We have three dropships undergoing conceptual art changes in preparation for 3d modelling.

We have another 5 'candidate' designs that have not been shown to the public.

So, for those that can join the dots, yes that makes 8 dropships.

Are some of these based on the GOT designs that were going to be used in the Kickstarter, or are these going to be entirely new designs?

What ever happened to the trackball tanks?

I know everybody hates hearing this but.... we still can't say everything we want to *yet*

However, the GOT vehicles will continue as an independent range of military vehicles unattached to any ruleset.... however some of the vehicle concepts which we had obtained IPR for (some time ago) have been re-tasked to one, or more, of our partners.

Its all a bit confusing at the moment, but in the next week or so things will become a lot clearer as we can discuss a lot more than we currently can.

The trackball tanks are still in the GOT production queue though... they've not been forgotten, we've just been exceptionally busy starting to get things ready for various changes in how we manufacture things, distribute them and so forth..... we've only recently expanded properties, taken on new staff and are looking for more, plus we're working with a total of three partners now, most of which work is effectively still under NDA.

But it wont be long now before we can say a lot more and hopefully clear up a few things.

One thing to bear in mind though is that with us working with partners the development cycle is a lot longer simply because of having to back-and-forth concepts until everybody is happy with them, not too mention ensuring that products are compatible with rules and so on and so forth...and when your development cycle includes advances in rules, new products (unreleased products) or new Kickstarters (such as with mantic f.ex) then *just* having a pretty concept picture is no longer good enough - we have to put a lot more time and effort into ensuring that the scenery fits with its intended role in the games (as well as looking right)....and that takes time.

We've not just been sitting on stuff though, work has never stopped, however, we now have the responsibility to make scenery for other peoples Universes, and we have to get that right at every level, from modelling through to packaging and distribution...which for a little company like us is a really, really big challenge... there's only 4 of us after all!

That's actually great news. I'm glad to hear that the trackball tanks are still going to happen. Pleased to hear that the GOT vehicles aren't truly going away either.
