I'm looking to paint my Space Marine army. I want to keep it fairly basic as I have a lot to paint and I am not the best at painting. Here in lays my problem tho.

I want to pick a chapter that would have lore that would let them have close ties to Space Wolves but at the same time I want to keep my colour scheme with majority either red or black.

The best thing that I have found is Marines Exemplar as they have at least a story that ties in Logan and not too much is known about them so I can run them in any lists I see fit!

Let me know if you can find a better example. Thanks in advance! Munkey

Thenoobbomb speaks truth! There's an infinite number of split-off Chapters, so there's no reason that you couldn't have your chapter be a descendant of the Space Wolves.

Well, aside from the fact that the Space Wolves have no descendants in the official canon, lol.

However, it would be easy to make up your own Chapter and say that they have routinely allied with the Space Wolves. Maybe suggest that their home world is in the same sector of the Segmentum as Fenris, so they find themselves routinely allied on bigger missions and campaigns.

The Space Wolves do have one descendant. The Wolf Brothers I think. And they wear red armour with black highlights.

So, other than them being totally unable to control themselves and all going Wulfen/crazy they'd be perfect.

Well, I guess the better way of saying it is "No surviving successors". The Wolf Brothers were declared excommunicate and effectively destroyed.

Thanks for all the help guys! I actually found a nice little chapter called the Red Wolves that is a successor of the Iron Hands that seem to fit nicely with what I want to do. I do appreciate all the help leading me to that though.
