So after a topic in general discussion I'm kind of inspired to consider a count as SoB army with futuristic guardsmen but I can't seem to find a company that sells models in enough numbers to be affordable. This picture below kind of inspired me as well. If anyone knows a good company I'm very curious.

I'd suggest converting IG and SoB minis with some Warmachine minis, Starship Trooper minis (if you can find them, they're not sold in stores to my knowledge), or kitbash something. It's hard to do a SoB army with guardsmen because the Guard is mostly male and the SoB is pretty much all-female. And if you're going for futuristic, then I think you'll be going backwards since in WH40k technological advancement has stagnated since the Horus Heresy.

That sort of resembles the near-future models from Pig Iron:

I LOVE their models. They've got some more futuristic as well as post-apocalyptic/rebel scum/S.T.A.L.K.E.R. looking guys too.

Thank you that was exactly what I was looking for (the even sell them stateside through the warstore.com).

Well obviously SoB are well sisters and women, but their codex best represents troops that are human (as opposed to trans-human space marines) but still possess advance technology like power armor. Indeed, things like faith points and their shield of the emperor are great at representing advanced targeting gear and personal shields respectively.

I wouldn't say the SM are trans-human, but since you want futuristic Guardsmen then you'll do better passing them off as a massive force of Arbites, since they're essentially space cops and have a nice "Alien" like theme. For example look at this Inquisitor mini: http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat490043a&prodId=prod1110231

EDIT: GWS Necromunda line has some Arbites. http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat490065a&prodId=prod1120127
