Im surprised they didnt make balthasar a special character in codex dark angels like belial.

Who is Balthasar?

He isn't the head of one of the wings, like Belial is (from my understanding anyway), so that may be why he isn't in it.

I'm surprised they DID make a Interrogator Chaplain Sephicus-what's-his-face. Who is he? He's not Asmodai, not head of Chaplains. Just another Chappy.

I AM surprised they didn't make Captain Aggeman in C:SM. who is he? First Captain of the Ultramarines, regent of Ultramar, Papa Smurf's right hand man.

I think Balthasar is basically a Terminator Sergeant.

I also think in reality Balthasar, the Company Master, and the Librarian were intended to be alternate models for Belial, Azrael, and Ezekiel. If you look at the book, they have almost identical wargear. The company master, for instance, has a combi-plas, and both the Company Master and the Librarian could easily pass for wearing artificer armor.

That was my thought as well (and I may very well use them like that). And Seraphicus could easily be Asmodai.
