When does it come in the mail? I still have not got a copy since i ordered in June. GW saidshould have first one in Dec. I did not get it so they sent me one. I am just having to follow up as i am going to guess they wont send me January issue as well and ill have to call again.

For subscribers, I was once told by Customer Service that you should recieve your WD by the 9th of every month, except Jan due to everything being pushed by the holidays and Canada Post/US Mail being the lazy, useless donkeycaves they are!

I'm in the same boat as you my friend, still waiting on my Jan issue. I called last week and CS is sending me a replacement since it's obvious my initial one got lifted/lost in the mail system...
Just give them a call and they should hopefully still have stock left to ship you a new one.

Last year, Canada Post failed to deliver 3 or 4 of my issues. It's a pretty common problem.

Give them a call again- I signed up during Nov, and was told Dec. Didn't get Dec, or Jan's, so I called the GW store I got it from today. They got my number, told me they'd call me back shortly, they were going to look into it.

5 minutes later I got a call, there was an issue with how my address was entered into the system, so all I had to do was call a customer support number they provided and talk to a fellow there. 2-3 min on hold, then a very quick and pleasant conversation. My missed issues are arriving soon. Took less than 10 min on the phone.

They also said that GW stores, Local Hobby Centers, and Subscribers will be getting Feb's late, could be second week of month.

I am not impressed by the despatch. Virtually any magazine subscription comes pretty much on the due date, or even before. WD comes days later. I guess GW are determined to try and stop leaks so they insist the thing is sent out late. I moaned at the UK distributors and they said you are paying less so you get it when you get it, I said I provide a guaranteed preagreed income and I expect it on time like any other magazine subscription.

Hey thx for replies. I called couple days ago. Told the GW guy that i did not get the magazine again and asked what day it should come on normally. He said around the 8th. He said i should have got it by now and so sending me a copy. This is fine its just sort of wierd as i set up subscription months ago and was told December would finally be my first issue. So far i got Dec and Jan only cause i called GW about them and they sent them to me, i have doubts the subscripition service will actually send me Feb copy and that ill have to call them again. I really hope that they start sending it like they used to years ago when i had a subscription. I dont mind it coming a few days after it is released in store, but not to come at all and delay is disheartening.
