Wow. I dig the jet bike, and I wonder how the transport pod for the dragonfly will work with a FW sky talon. I'm very surprised to see people's problems with miss casts. I've gotten some PW stuff and it was some of the best cast kit I have ever purchased. The not storm talon I purchased was better than any other resin product I have ever purchased. Sad, because I liked the look of the mk2 turrets.

I like it as well. It is no more ridiculous than how a human being cannot fit into a GW terminator suit without having all their limbs pulled out of socket.

While I agree it does share a stunning similarity, the picture does look to follow the more 'power armoured' guys aesthetic that puppetswar recently released.

I'll reserve judgement until I see the actual model, but that artwork does look really blocky.

The concept art looks fairly generic to me. Even the McVey mini doesn't look too distinctive: it just looks like standard SciFi superheavyoverarmored infantry to me. Looking forward to the model.

I think the McVey one has more of an industrial, construction feel to it, while the Puppets War one feels more military to me.

I like it, but I'll need to hear some testimonials of improved casting quality before I consider ordering from Puppets War. It seems they ramped up production but didn't have the QC to match. Hopefully, they fix that soon, as their sculpts are cool...

@RiTides, in fact anyone with worries regarding quality, I just received my box of goodies, and I am perfectly happy with it. Not a single casting issue, barring the usual resin flash. Two Dragonflys, an Ursas tractor and a bunch of crates and barrels. I'll try and get some pictures up shortly, but overall I am very very pleased...

I've only ever ordered Heads/Weapons, while my last order contained a couple of bubbles, they'd given me some extra heads anyway, so no real complaints.

I got about 30ish heads of various types.

Well two reasons:
It's for a gift commission I'm doing, and want use something different.

It will be a good test to see if they have improved their casting.

PuppetsWar's designs are tops and I would love to spend lots of money with them. BUT They have got clamp down on their quality control before I make any more large orders.

My replacement stuff arrived.

A cursory look indicates that:
1) Still some items with casting problems.
2) Some of the stuff that was messed up the worst in the initial order appears (at a cursory glance through the plastic bags) to be fine this time around (turrets, flyer's lascannon) - though I'll reserve final judgement for when I go through the items properly.
3) Some of the items with casting problems have a whole lot of extras thrown in that probably takes them "over the line" as far as numbers of sculpts that are fine (shoulder pads, heads).
4) They replaced some of the stuff that was ok in the first place that they didn't need to. I'm assuming this is part of how...
5) They threw in a generous amount of extras an an apology.

I haven't been bothered/had time to look through and QA it properly yet, and it may be several weeks before I can be arsed now. (Original order was on 1st Feb, so I'm a tad over it all now). Plus, work is busying up again and won't get less busy until the end of June. (I also haven't finished QAing my Sedition Wars stuff or the Dreadbowl figures, for example).

QA is very important, almost as important as QC.

And the longer you wait, the more trouble you'll run into if you find any additional issues, in any of your recent purchases!
