Yeah, I have 10 of the resin ones but only built and painted 4, which I really liked.

But truth be told, the resin ones are knight titan sized, and I am doing a truescale counts-as force... some sporting opponents allowed me to use the resin ones as dreadnoughts, but even for my part, I think they're probably a little too big.

So, I plan to sell the ones I haven't yet built and painted, along with some other things while I'm at it this fall, and get some 15mm Mortis when the time comes to go along with the APCs and 15mm arms I am getting when Wave 3 hits.

Can't help you. I swore I would not pick up another game until I got a permanent position.

Regarding delays, I look at it like this: I paid early at a great discount to get stuff at a future date. Now, I could have simply not paid anything at all, and waited for the retail release to buy the stuff (but at a discount not as good as the one I got from the KS).

HOWEVER, by paying early, I also helped bring this project to fruition. Without my support, and the support of others like me, many of the things we're complaining about being delivered late would actually not have been made at all. Without our support for this project, we would have only got the basic Leviathan with maybe a couple weapon options. Maybe the Stormtroopers, too. But no APCs. No Valkyr. No Stormtrooper support weapons, HQ, or accessory sprues. No Mortis. No 15mm Leviathans. Because of our support, because of our decision to help Mark bring these wonderful designs to life, they WILL be made.

I, for one, am willing to wait an extra year or so to get my stuff, as opposed to never having the chance to get it at all.

Sorry for the mini-rant, but I just wanted to express my support for Mark. I believe in his designs, and I believe in his ability to make them work.
I also firmly believe he needs to move to the Dallas/Fort Worth area so he can eat good barbecue, enjoy a lower cost of living with lots of housing options, and so I can also pester him in person to hurry up and design an Eisenkern tank for me.

I'd support that decision! It would put him within a couple hours of me, and I could drive up to buy him a few tall ones and get some games of whatever in.

Too many chances he'd run into my ex-wife. I'll have to veto that plan.

I could have worded that "shipping email" part better. So I did! "email re. shipping" is much less likely to be misconstrued. May have been typing with my feet, waving arms in air yelling "It's happening" though, so that's my excuse.

Good news that if they are shipping to Australia soon, it also means they are shipping the US too! Granted it may not be for another week, but its a good sign.

Even better we can start seeing wave 3 items!

Just take note, I don't think they're actually shipping to Aus yet, they're just getting ready to (and thus sending out emails to get people's phone numbers to give to the shipping company).

No, not shipping yet. Just getting their ducks in order. It's a good sign, though. Since the US shipments will be a lot faster once sent internally from WGF in Utah then Australian, etc ones will be (from China) I guess it makes sense they're queueing these up now.

Mark's discussion of a coupon implies that while it will presumably be a one-use coupon, it'd be open for a good while before expiry...

Though with the news on WWX, and Malifaux 2.0 being about a month away, I guess we can see some WGF resources being devoted to Dreamforge again, mayhaps? If all the tooling is done for those kits, then there's bound to be some machine time available for Black Widows and Valkirs, eh?

WGF is doing WWX plastics too? Win! I should pay more attention to what I pay for I guess. Have only seen their resin/restik things up until now and they were all great, so it's good to be fairly confident that the plastics will be great too.

Personally not bothered about delays - haven't finished what I started from Wave 1 yet! In my humble opinion the product is worth waiting for.

One of my mdf buildings from Impudent Mortals spent the night outside when it rained. It is severely damaged... I blame my Eisenkern Heavy Weapon squad. So before I suffered any more casualties, I decided to resume painting them.

Will it now be getting painted as a severely damaged building, or is it beyond salvage?

Speaking of painted. Finally put last highlights on my leviathan this morning. He still needs heraldry done, but I'm happy with him right now. I'm not a great painters, so don't expect a golden daemon job when you look at it .

Oh and the reactors hot as well.

Right now just paper towels wadded up n the smokestacks, I'll get some steel wool this week.
