1/5 Negotiated a deal for a lot of black templar. Back and forth.
1/6 Agreed to deal, paid immediately. Told they would ship tomorrow.
1/10 Contacted asking about shipping status. No response.
1/16 Contacted asking about shipping status. No response.
1/18 Given a 1 week notice to get me a tracking number or some information on the shipment or face paypal fraud charges and a bad trader report. No response.
1/22 Given 24 hour notice of above. No response.
1/23 Paypal fraud charges filed. No response.
2/4 Paypal refunded my money, still no contact.

I've got my money back, so I'm okay with it. A bit annoyed he had my funds tied up for almost a month with nothing to show, but could be worse.

Just a buyer's beware for dealing with Wizarding23. Still haven't heard from him since 1/6.

Hmmmm, funny thing. I negotiated a deal with him for a BT army as well on 1/5, Shot him a PM asking for payment details, etc., and haven't heard from him since. Wonder what happened there???

Did you negotiate for the whole thing? I had paid for a few portions of the one he had in the swap shop. If you paid I suggest you file a paypal dispute before it's too late.

While I hope he's not hurt or in trouble, at least that would be an acceptable excuse to not mail me what I paid for.

Our deal was for the entire army he had listed in his swap shop thread. He pm'd me a price, I replied that it sounded good to me and he should send me his payment info. I have heard nothing since.
