I know this has been done before, but according to the lore, one of Slaanesh's blesssings is becoming half-daemonette. Theories?

They become hemaphroditic. It's also possible for a male with the right hormones to grow boobs so that probably helps too.

Wouldn't being half daemonette make you only a quarter female. I wonder how that would look? Most likely like a normal SM only with claw hands.

Slaanesh doesn't make you female, it tends to make you a hermaphrodite.

I was about to post "or a great time, depending on your taste" but you did say "if you mistake" so I suppose that's covered. Anyway, since daemons don't sexually reproduce there's really nothing about them that is either male or female. I suppose what OP is really asking is "are there some extremely feminine Slaaneshi-worshiping Space Marines out there?" and that question is much less controversial. I mean, there were feminine Astartes from the literal beginning -- just look at Fulgrim (no joke intended here, or I would have said "just look at the DA").

Yeah, some of the Slannesh worshipping marines have likely grown some new parts. Some may have completely changed sex, although its purely technical at this point

If you really think about it though, Emperor's Children are looking for all sorts of sensual stuff. A gender swap might just be the type of thing that would appeal to them. I think the only reason we don't hear about it in official canon as far as I know is A: none of the writers are brave enough to directly address this or B: they simply haven't had the time to.

I personally hold the opinion it's better not to think about it. I mean for me Slaanesh might just for the hell of it replace your nose with a male penis with balls just for a giggle when you sneezes.

C: The same reason daemonettes are asexual and SOB might as well not exist; they don't want to offend the tween poo-babbys they now reckon are their major demographic.

Knowing how Slaanesh thinks, it's almost a certainty that it happens.

Its kinda odd. 40k fluff tends to stay away from anything overtly sexual. Even the Emperor's Chidren sacking Terra and attacking the citizens only mentions slaughter really.

Meanwhile, in Fantesy they are much more explicit. GW even uses the R-word(see Fimir and beastment)
