The imperium probably doesn't have one but individual planets (Like modern countries) have planetary anthems, in one of the Gaunt's Ghosts books the Tanith start singing the 'unofficial' anthem as IIRC it's a bit more like a dirge than the official one and they weren't in that good a mood.
If the Imperium has one it's definitely this though
Currently debating whether to study for my exams or paint some Deathwing
Maybe one of the IG themes of dawn of war or if you have listened to the audio drama malediction there is a victory parade towards the start where some sort of anthem is played which could be appropriate.

The Kasrkin were just men. It made their actions all the more astonishing. Six white blurs, they fell upon the cultists, lasguns barking at close range. They wasted no shots. One shot, one kill. - Eisenhorn: Malleus
I'm both selfish and rational. I'm scheming, secretive and manipulative; I use knowledge as a tool for personal gain, and in turn obtaining more knowledge. At best, I am mysterious and stealthy; at worst, I am distrustful and opportunistic.
"It is the great irony of the Legiones Astartes: engineered to kill to achieve a victory of peace that they can then be no part of." - Roboute Guilliman
"As I recall, your face was tortured. Imagine that - the Master of the Wolves, his ferocity twisted into grief. And yet you still carried out your duty. You always did what was asked of you. So loyal. So tenacious. Truly you were the attack dog of the Emperor. You took no pleasure in what you did. I knew that then, and I know it now. But all things change, my brother. I'm not the same as I was, and you're... well, let us not mention where you are now." - Magnus the Red, to a statue of Leman Russ
The Imperium covers far too much space, with far too much time required to travel between one system and the next, to have an anthem that is recognized across its entirety. Even its hymns and practices of worship vary from planet to planet.
It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.
Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.
