I'm putting together a battle report against a Dark Angels player, and he printed out his list in army builder, but then made a few adjustments to it after he printed it out. I can tell what changes he made were, except for one. In his command squad, he crossed out "Chapter Banner", and replaced it with something else.

It's like a "Doy Banner" or a "Dey Banner", or something that I can't quite make out. What are the other banner options for dark angels?

Dark angels have 3 relics of the Legion. 3 holy banners they have since 2nd ed IIRC. All 3 come with additional cost and effect. "de..." is maybe the 'banner of Devastation'.

Yeah, it cold be "dev banner".

What does that do?

Okay:

Devastation banner gives salvo to boltguns for 65 point
Fortitue banner gives Feel no pain for 85 points

Company banner gives +1 attack

There are more, I just can remember off the top of my head.

If you can tell us the points cost it would help to identify what banner it was.

okay, yeah, it was the salvo one, I'm pretty sure.

It makes bolters 2/4 salvo weapons.

yup, so basically the banner of devastation increase the long range firepower of bolters by a multiple of 4, nasty nasty nasty

Yes, it was the Banner of Devastation.... Bunches of bolter shots from the LRC and bikes.... And all useless against your force :-) down side of using the v2 Armybuilder program...

I can imagine that the way you set things up must be pretty mean in general, though. I like the idea of a punisher that can scoot around terminators/other stuff.

Oh, it is great against hordes of Infantry in the open :-) .... I got sick of seeing the allied blob of guard or big cultist squads, so this will take ~1 per turn and at least seriously hurt it.... My Deathwing can deal with most other threats, just have always had a hard time with the hordes of things...
