Those orks are looking good. You've got a very tough army to play against.

Just 2 suggestions, one regarding your list and the other the videoreps.

Ever considered swapping out 1 unit of boyz for grots? Then with the points left over, you can consider getting other support units (like lootas).

As for the videorep, first off, it was really good. The only thing you may want to watch for is that you tend to go go "Umm" and "Uhh" a lot. You may want to take that into consideration for your next reports.

Hey man thanks for checking it out!

I'll have to look into swapping out a squad of boyz for some grots and rocking some lootas. I just love running 180 boyz... It's fun to see

Thanks for the criticism. I do agree I tend to be a bit unorganized while explaining. Unfortunately I don't take notes as to what happened in my games, so I'm recalling everything from memory. I will def be mindful of that in the future. Thanks man.

that had to be the worst eldar list i have ever seen in the face of history.

Now that ork list... that was a monster.. simply loved it,
would love to play it.

I would say lose 60 boys, and throw in 10 nobs, with EA, Waghh banner, painboy. Keep them with your bubble, and throw them in with the boys. Rape face with a ton of strength 5 attacks, at 5 per nob on the charge.

This is a case of competitive vs casual. It happens frequently. Someone takes his competitive, tournament list to his LGS for some practice and the only person there is running just a casual list for fun. This is the end result.

I used to do that with my lists, but now I try to make appointments with my friends if I want to play competitively or practice for a tournament. I also bring 2 lists to my LGS - 1 casual and 1 competitive - depending on who answers my challenge.

Foot Eldar with no avatar? No farseer at all? Next to no s6 weapons. Only 1 tank?

I am actually kinda liking the swooping hawks. They can HP the heck out of just about anything.

That was a heck of a lot of rangers/pathfinders.

Facing that horde meant he should never have advanced at all. The harlies should have been a counter charge unit sitting behind guardians and dire avengers.

Nice batrep. Hope the game was fun.

Great game mate! Loving the horde! I think you will do fine with this list in the tournament. Lootas would be a nice addition but I feel your list does what it's supposed to, swamp the table. Keep em coming!

Wow damn, that is a LOT of Orks.
Well, good job on the batrep, i'd just try to limit the uhs in the video, it got a bit distracting.

Otherwise, nice job!

Orks are rock solid in Purge the Alien mission. It's difficult to wipe out a whole unit of Ork Boyz. Overwatch snap fire doesn't make a huge difference, because they are already rolling at low BS.

Well played Bad_Sheep37.

Just saw the report. Good as always man. I was not sure if you were running shootas or slugga choppas? I personally prefer shootas since they already have 2 attacks and the 18" assault 2 is nice for shooting and overwatch. I personally like Dakka Jets A LOT. I like the big meks, but in your case going horde army a consideration would be 1 big mek with KFF and congo lining them in front to grant cover saves or honestly get rid of the Big meks run a couple 19 man grot squads and congo line them infront of your boys.. instant cover saves and cheaper. In 6th edition I never leave home without a Warphead so that I can hopefully get some free WAAAAGHS for my dakka jets... 1 game I had 5 waaaghs! That makes the DAKKA JETS nasty. Good luck with your army. I agree that I don't think the Eldar player had too much of a chance, nothing long range enough in enouph amounts to stop a horde army from getting to them and wrecking face. I too love to run big guns in 6th behind an aegis and quad, grots are our best gunners sad to say. I like lootas a lot too and they make nice fire support for flyers, which in this game did not matter, but I often use a squad of them.

Cool report and it's been cool to see the evolution of your Ork army.

Unfortunately, this was a completely lopsided game. I've seen previous reports in which another Eldar opponent you've faced build bit more challenging army and also really knew how to play a cagey Eldar style. The Eldar player appeared to be running them like Space Marines and the result became predictible upon setup. Sorry.

But, on the positive, if was nice to see Swooping Hawks/Autarch actually do something, however, you did forget about them one turn which is how they ended up being useful.

Overall, cool report, but the game was a forgone conclusion.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.
