How can they be killed when half ther army moves 2ft a trun and have such high I and so many attack a model even my orks don't stand a chance

Shoota dn fall back. Rince and repeat. Chose what units they fight first in mellee.

The best thing to do is to tell your opponent to stop cheating and moving their models 24" a turn.

Your opponents are cheating. You get three dice and pick the highest single die, you don't get to roll three dice and add them together.

Seriously, every single thing you've posted about so far would be solved by just reading the rules.

Am not buying the nid book. it still drives me nuts that i got to buy all the codex so i no all armys rules

Just ask your opponent to show the rule to you in his codex.

Saying, I don't believe you, prove it! Is the wrong way.

But if you are courteous about it it's fine, and hopefully your opponent should return the same respect, and if he has nothing to hide he won't mind showing you anyway, plus how else are you supposed to learn others rules, without buying the codex's?

The alternative is to let your opponents cheat and just make stuff up. Since it seems like at least once a week you're posting something about some horrible rule your "friends" made up and you never bothered to verify I can't imagine how you're having any fun with this game.

Sad t say, but peregrine is right, it seems like you being taken for a ride in this hobby, either that or your friends are making honesty mistakes, because they have mis interpreted their rules, which is why if you ask for a clarification, by seeing them yourself, it will help you all learn, as you may see it a different way, you have a debate over the rule come t the conclusion it's played x way, and your games are all the better for it.

They can't run that fast.
2 attacks per model, plus one for the charge is "so many"?

Wow.

Well, the gravy for me in the nid codex is the fast attack. I usualy do not leave home withouth 2 gargoyles and 1 ravaner unit. They are that fast. Spores and deepstrike can be as well.

Cheating is more rude than asking to look at rules you're unfamiliar with.

You know how many people arent familiar with the BT codex? Almost every time I do something that benefits me (especially RZ and Chappys choosing which enemy to RZ towards) I offer to show my opponent the book. They dont because they know Im straight up, but the offer is there. I hope they would extend me the same courtesy if I had a problem.
