.. yeah. Necrons, DkoK and MInotaur terminators then ?
Must be soon

Outcome: Necrons win, DKoK is wiped out to the man, minotaurs pull back after doing some super brave and very destructive act that untilmately does not change the outcome of the book.
If you dont short hand your list, Im not reading it.
Example: Assault Intercessors- x5 -Thunder hammer and plasma pistol on sgt.
or Assault Terminators 3xTH/SS, 2xLCs
For the love of God, GW, get rid of reroll mechanics. ALL OF THEM!

You mixed up DKoK with Elysians
DkoK: Drag out a war for 3 whole books and have to get the inquisition to intervene
Aww, guess they didn't really mean to release it yet.
Anyway, not much to see. All you got was some random music and a few blurry pictures:
1) Generic looking star map.
2) Generic looking marines.
2) Some kind of necron terrain, looks like a monolith buried in the ground (probably the one previewed in WD).
3) A new necron pylon (announced at games day, with a WIP preview model).
4) The scene they had as their holiday banner on facebook with a necron flyer blowing up a DKoK Leman Russ in the middle of a ruined city (no new DKoK models).
5) A scene with a couple of Storm Eagles flying over some unknown blurry terrain.
6) Three color scheme drawings (not models): generic DKoK guardsman, Minotaurs terminator, generic necron.
So nothing new, but hopefully it's a sign that the delay is over and the book will be released soon.
There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

SPOILERS!!!
All kidding aside, that's probably right.
But as long as the Minotaurs bring along models for their MK8 Errant suits, this will become my second favorite FW book ever!
In today’s newsletter we’re excited to announce that tickets for the Forge World Open Day 2013 are now on sale! As well as details of this ever-popular event, we’ve also got a preview of the forthcoming Imperial Armour Volume 12: The Fall of Orpheus book.
Forge World Open Day, 7th April, Warhammer World, Nottingham
Sunday 7th April will see Forge World and Warhammer Forge abandon our top-secret Manufactorum for our annual Open Day. This year’s event will be ticketed, due to its incredible popularity, and Open Day tickets are exclusively available to purchase from the Forge World website priced at £7.50.
The entirety of both the Forge World and Warhammer Forge design teams will be attending the Open Day, showcasing all manner of work-in-progress models and recent releases.Simon Egan, Blake Spence, Stuart Williamson, Daren Parrwood, Will Hayes, Phil Stutcinskas, Mark Bedford, Edgar Skomorowski, Keith Robertson, Steve Whitehead, Trish Carden, Matt Murphy-Kane and Neil Cook, along with new designers Israel Gonzalez, Alfonso Giraldo and Peter Hutchins, have been hard at work on a variety of Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Forge and Horus Heresy models of a variously armoured, flying, and walking nature; all these and more will be on display, along with fantastically painted models and a selection of our stunning display boards.
The Art and Book Design team will also be at the Open Day. Paul Rudge, Rhys Pugh, Ian Strickland, Kenton Mills, Rachel Pierce and Dominik Oedinger will be showcasing the process by which Imperial Armour books are created, and may even be seen working on artwork for future book projects on their advanced cogitator devices. Writers Alan Bligh, Talima Fox and Neil Wylie will be on hand to talk about the process of writing an Imperial Armour book, and the forthcoming Imperial Armour Volume 12: The Fall of Orpheus. They may even be tempted into dropping a few hints about future projects…
Our Sales stands will be packed with a huge selection of resin kits, books and modelling supplies, including some pre-release kits that will be announced in future newsletters. We hope to have copies of Imperial Armour Volume 12: The Fall of Orpheus on sale, and we’ll be confirming this in the near future. As always the Open Day will be the first chance to purchase this year’s Event Only models. For 2013, we’ve designed both a Warhammer Forge model and a Forge World model once again, and while we can’t tell you what they are just yet, suffice to say we think they’re great!
The Open Day painting competition will again be judged by our Studio team, and all attendees can enter. Your entry should consist of a single Forge World model of any type, although we do advise that cabinet space may be limited. The prize, of course, is the prestigious Forge World Open Day trophy.
We’ll also be running our Charity Titan Raffle, which is always incredibly popular. Tickets will be on sale throughout the day for a mere £1 each; all proceeds will be donated to Children In Need and the prize will be a complete mighty Imperial Reaver Titan.
The Open Day runs from 10am to 4pm and all the Warhammer World facilities are available throughout the day, especially Bugman’s Bar for breakfast, lunch, and refreshments. Tickets are on sale now and we look forward to seeing you there!
Imperial Armour Volume 12: The Fall of Orpheus Preview
The Forge World team will be showcasing Imperial Armour Volume 12: The Fall Of Orpheus for the first time at the Forge World Open Day 2013. Incredible displays of artwork and colour profiles, as well as proof copies of this exciting new campaign book, will be on display on the day, and we’ll be revealing more in our newsletters later this month.

Missed $90 book you'll read once.
Rick Priestley said it best:
Bryan always said that if the studio ever had to mix with the manufacturing and sales part of the business it would destroy the studio. And I have to say – he wasn’t wrong there! The modern studio isn’t a studio in the same way; it isn’t a collection of artists and creatives sharing ideas and driving each other on. It’s become the promotions department of a toy company – things move on!
Valkyrie wrote: We've already had 3 books focussing on DKoK, do we really need another?
Yes.
And you should feel bad for asking.
That said, it'll be interesting to see how FW does Necrons here.
IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT.
New Heavy Gear Log! Also...Grey Knights! The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.
The Puppetswar quadruped ones are in some ways streets ahead of some of the mainstream GWS line in design (if maybe not in some elements of execution).
But Forge world gave us the Tomb Stalker! They gave us this guy!
I just hope they get the sculptor who did that, instead of whomever did these wretched things.

Almost certainly. Kanluwen can answer this better than I, but if there are no new units in this book I believe it would be the first to not.

Maybe with some more minotaurs coverage the consumer may get some errant armor bits. DKoK have a huge model selection as is, what could FW toss out there that would be a must have?
FW doing necron stuff, could be cool.
For the ruination of the Emperor's foes, I commit your body and soul to battle. Strike down upon those that defy His divine will, go forth and lay the blood of our enemies at the Emperor's feet."

i was just perusing the FW designer pages, and came across this:
Recently Daren has been working on new aircraft for the Imperial Navy, a new design of Space Marine jetbike, and some new vehicles for the Necrons.
I think this is tremendous news, as Mr. Parrwood is maybe my favorite designer at FW. The Avenger just kills me, and... well, he did the Crassus.
Ahem, it's CRASSUS ARMOURED ASSAULT TRANSPORT.
To be on topic, I'm somewhat curious on a few fronts;
FW said they'd be releasing the 6th ed DKoK army list online, so if it appears in this book, I imagine there'll be some annoyed Krieg players (and I was thinking of using their rules in the next army I was building). Most books include a unique army list, so we'll see whether or not it's the new Krieg, a Minotaur list (don't really know if they'd deserve one) or this special tomb world that FW is using.
On the next front: Mk.8 armour kits. I want. I already want the Tartaros-Pattern termies that have already been around for a while for a more cutting-edge look to my marines, and Mk. 8s would do wonderfully in concert with that.
Necrons: Feth 'em, they're a bad army and you should feel bad for using them.
I kid, but I imagine (or rather hope) that FW treads lightly on the power level of new Necron units; they're already an extremely powerful army, and likely will be for years and years, so they have to make units which people will want when the standard 'dex is so powerful, but no so powerful as to shift the army from being top tier to "Wait, there's other tiers?"
I'm also perpetually hopeful for armoured guardsmen, but I doubt we'll be seeing that in this first release; krieg don't lend themselves to advanced, armoured troopers (though grenadiers are pretty cool), and I also doubt FW will be releasing a new Guard variation in the near future (though elysians could use some expansion, I believe there's concept art from a ways back for more troops and vehicles for them), so I imagine that hope will remain unfulfilled, and largely dependent on the HH "Imperial Army."
Therefore, I conclude, Valve should announce Half Life 2: Episode 3.

There is nothing precluding them from both putting them in the book and releasing them online; they've done so previously. Google "forge world IA5 army list" and the first 3 links are the army lists from IA5 (they don't allow listing the directory anymore).

I'm sure, as usual, there will be some units that are fairly decent statswise but horridly overcosted.
