This is not bad actually. You should see my first model.... :-p
Besides the slightly over-expose pic, you also added edge highlighting?
And your dry-brushing is to add in the weathered effect right? You should be careful that the weathering does not end up looking like the model is dusty...

He's highlighted well, but his face seems to disappear. The more I look at it, the more I see that his recesses aren't shaded...
Washes aren't something I'm super comfortable with, so I can't give you many tips there (my first attempt at oil washing is drying at home as I type this), but something along those lines would help. Also, it could help the dry brushing blend better.

I tried to do a wash over with Argax Earthshade, but I guess it didn't hit the face too well. Thanks for noticing that, once you point it out its kind of obvious

I think this looks really pretty good. Yes, the drybrushing makes it look a little dusty but I think that's a good look. And you've drybrushed well. It's very easy to get impatient with drybrushing and start putting too much paint on your brush but you seem to be quite good with it.
The bolter looks excellent. Although maybe you could try do a little something with the sight lense. If you find the general gw sm eyes tutorial, you can do all lenses pretty much the same way. I'd also recommend a black wash just in the deep recesses (nuln oil or whatever) in order to bring out some of the shape in the sculpt.
Other quick tips, maybe try a quick line highlight along the top of the red tactical mark. Just your red with a little orange or yellow mixed in. Nothing to bright, just subtle. Also the DA insignia. I know it takes time but over dark green you really want maybe three or four very thin layers. It's the only way to get it looking smooth. And if you can, don't make it white. Make it a very very light grey. This will allow you to give it a very light drybrush with white and really make it stand out.
But yeah, a really impressive 2nd mini. Keep up the good work. Try out a couple of the small tips I suggested but you've certainly got the basics down pretty much. Good stuff. Automatically Appended Next Post: Earthshade is a great wash but I think it's just a little weak for dark angels.

I know what you mean. On my first space marine, I somehow missed edge highlighting on the front part of the helmet-mohawk thing. It didn't look out of place until I had three more painted marines standing next to him, and now it's all I can see.
Looking back at your pics, I can see you washed the backpack and the bolter (probably elsewhere, too) and they look awesome.

Thanks for the tip on the lens. I didn't really think about it but it would look better if it looked like an actual lens haha.

No probs. And the black wash I was talking about really refers to the whole model, not just the bolter.
