These Imperial Fist vehicles were painted as part of an ongoing commission orginally started in this post http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/495768.page.

The Vindicator and the Dreadnaught were done to a basic level and were completed early in the piece. Now that the Storm Raven can be included in Space Marine armies, the Imperial Fist army finally got theirs too.

For some work in progress shots of these and others, you can see them on my facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/CenterpieceMiniatures

Hope you all like.

I like how clean they look, the highlighting is wonderful. However, that Iron Warriors symbol on the Stormraven turret is offputting.

Such a nice coat of yellow. I've never had good luck with getting yellow to look good. Kudos on that.

Also, I just noticed that the Vindicator's siege shield has a little view port in it. Has it always had that?

Thanks for the compliment. Argh, It was a late night when i fninshed and didn't realise that I had put an Iron Warrior symbol on the canopy - heads to the studio to remove it.

Would you believe that the coats for the vindicator and the dreadnaught were brush applied - only the airbrush out for the Storm Raven. I'm sure the view port on the vindicator was always there

Just a quick message to those who wanted to know about painting the yellow; a painting guide post detailing the yellow painting (in reference to painting the dreadnought) is up on our site now:
