The latest Imperial Warlord Titan leaves a lot to be desired too...

As they should be as Droid is a horrible platform to develop for with way more effort needing to be expended for much less gain.

If it isn't easy to reach Droid, most developers are better off ignoring it. Some game developers use platforms which do the hard work of porting and interfacing with multiple mobile devices, those games are then developed using a cross-planform framework (usually for extensive money) but is sometimes worth it.

Droid development is a rancid moneypit and a bad business choice most times.

Developing for the Android OS really is awful. It's almost as bad as iOs, which is the worst piece of gak I've ever had the displeasure of attempting to develop for.

Oh I remember it, I remember laughing out loud the moment the White Dwarf with that release in it came out and the whole game shop stared in disbelief at the worst model GW had released since Nagash a few years before. All the E40k Titan designs looked like gak. I have three of the E40k Warlords, heavily modified, and a couple of the Ork Gargants just because, but even GW knew how gakky those designs were because they were discontinued rapidly.

As long as I get to play as a Heirophant I'll be happy.

I might want this. And for about the Titan designs I must say I absolutely love the latest Warlord. The Epic 40k one that is still available stupidly expensive at GW's site. But yeah, that Eldar redesigns were awful, good thing they weren't available too long. Even FW ignored that designs. The Eldar titans availabe now at GW's website: are the older ones put on sale again, or did they do yet another design? I only remember they are really similar, but I don't, know if identical.

Yeah, I've got nothing against the new Imperial titan designs. The boxy look suits them. Basically - stick to Forgeworlds designs.

Yeah. Don't do the GW Warhounds or Phantoms. They're terrible. Stick to the FW versions, as they look great.

"Sigh" This Corporation GW that is so freaking cheap. You will get what you will pay for, and then some. And not in a good manner.

I dont see why people are moaning, I myself would rather they released the specialist games online than not at all.

Won't be touching, can't stand freemium games and I'm a game developer myself (free web games, flash ftw).

Better to have users pay for it, or release it for free, plastered with in-game ads.

The former is the best way to go for iOS, the latter for Android since Android users never pay for anything and piracy is rampant.

The in-app purchase is kinda sucky, it stops a good game from being good, there's no need to incorporate facebook friends and micropayments on everything.

It just makes things annoying, instead of being able to enjoy the game, the user has to figure out the micropayments system, or "like" their friends or whatever.
