Thats the sprit mate  if you can find a concept that is interesting or has that something extra you could just win  what that is though I have no bloody idea

Concept? Eh.... its just a bunch of termies marching across no mans land XD Its more just different or slightly converted armour to make them look more archaic and battle scarred, and thats where the painting would need to come in handy.

well i only ever won one comp at all... nevertheless i join two comps each time anew only for the challenge it oputs me through... the spirit of taking part is what is needed!... and while i love that khorny band  i still wanna see the best of all opf you guys... as i will try myself too

JB: I like the concept of a free Shrike roaming through the treetops of the jungle. I'm not sure that I like the idea of a real Shrike sitting on my couch eating my Skittles.

Agree with that ...this is the first comp I've entered. Not bothered about winning just having a bit of fun. Hopefully people like what I've done and if nothing else having a deadline might keep my ever wandering imagination focuesd.

Starting to think I should enter something different. I am working on five Eldar corsair pirates, converted using the original plastic guardians, Hawk wings and bitz... Maybe more likely to win as it features a lot of conversions.

Kind of. You can make almost exactly that using the Forgeworld conversion kit, but mine use Hawk wings. Also, three of the five are flying, and I have cut them up and dramatically reposed them. Once they are primed and base coated, I'll be able to see if my greenstuff skills were up to the job...
Hmmm... I may do both and see which looks best...
