@ Vic. I wouldn't say I was a master, but thanks anyway for the compliment.

Progress is slow going on my entry at the moment, and that's probably because I'm being overly ambitious with my concept, but there's plenty of time so no rush.

I think he's in stealth mode Trying to get everyone's guard down...

From the makeup of this contest so far... I'd say we have many masters competing, but as Riveters our greatest enemy is randomness and real life interfering with the ability to finish projects...

aye...that and the threat of getting sidetracked again^^

currently my wife is suggesting i should start all over again with the pedestal...she thinks a round one would look better...

I think your pedestal is cool looking! there is plenty you can do with weathering the bricks in an interesting way.

As for your wife.. did she really say that ?

If so that is grounds for some teasing.

lol vic, queen vic would have been nice to see.

I booted up cad and came up with this as a rough shape for a hexagonal building. the left shows the front view, the right shows one of the other sides,

just to give an indication of scale , that little line between the two is 28mm high.

here is what the ground floor would look like in size

and one of the 6 walls

this might be a bit over the top ... perfect 40k

I now know pretty much the direction I'm heading in with my entry, or at the least I have an image in my head of what i want it to look like.
I've still got a lot of work to do as the images below are just the master sculpts, and will be used to make molds so i can mass produce all the parts I need.
This includes a mold of the 100 bricks you can see below, as im expecting to use around 2000 bricks in my entry ( yes it's gonna be big )
