I took suggestions from the community to finish this ADL and quadgun. The logs were more heavily inked, and more gravel and flock was added to the ground. Thanks to everyone who added their critiques.

But that is petrified wood so a 4+ would be more appropriate. Nice job and looking good.

Really nice. Very noticeably improved from it's first iteration.

Very nice work, I made a similar thing out of sharpened sprue. I made a tower as well, makes for a good checkpoint.

As a Kroot Merc player, I love the concept and may steal if for myself- especially the Krootox. Though I think a dark brown would work much better for the logs than the grey. As it is the change from grey to light brown is a bit jarring.

I understand the comments about the grey logs. The problem I have with painting them brown is that you may have noticed all my Kroot are painted dark brown. I really wanted to stay away from having a big brown blob of models. I was also very pleased with a grey color scheme I used on the GW trees, and was trying to replicate the color of the bark for the defense line:

It is something I may come back to eventually, but for now it's full steam ahead on some new models. Thanks for all the comments.
