I am SERIOUSLY hoping we reach the 475k goal. That minotaur looks like he'll be amazing! If not, I'd be extremely happy to get to the cyclopes.

Currently, it's 112 minis for $100! The next goal brings that up to 130

I can't believe this one isn't skyrocketing - it is a great looking game with a lot of great looking miniatures!

The $100 "Sweet Spot" looks to be a great deal too!

This is one of the few Kickstarters that I've seen that are adding things to the Sweet Spot level with just about every stretch too - no add-ons that cost more!

I think it has started,... Today is well over a $30k day,... And the best of the campaign so far,...

48hour reminders should go out in the morning, the adds seem to be kicked up on BGG, and they have the front page on beastsofwar.

I'm with you,.. The shear amount of minis is staggering,... And even with that,.. The gameplay looks pretty darn compelling!

I've already set aside the cash to get a $100 level but geez, January 2014 until release?

Regardless of how you see it, 9 months is quite a long wait for a product (especially when it's over half done). The main body of the text/cards/maps are done so it looks like it's mainly printing and modelling that are the main reason for the production time.

I am looking forward to see those metal character plates though. Like zombicide you sometimes need paperweights or otherwise the cards slide around like crazy on the character tile (especially with the card sleeves). Could be the OCD talking but eh

3 month difference, except I would debate cost vs. delay (with KD taking the cake for both).

Just because there's another long as hell wait doesn't mean suddenly time compresses (as much as many would hope it would).

Compare the number of backers and we're looking about half of the KD kickstarter number, but comparatively we're also looking at (per ~$100 pledge excl. shipping) a model ratio for MYTH/KD of about 110/40. There's the obvious debate of quality/detail but when it boils down to it they're essentially fulfilling the same role (here is board, here is you, here is monster, kill monster). I would expect MYTH to be able to fulfil the quota without foreseeable delay short of a significant incident which would delay production.

And I seem to have forgotten the point of what I am posting but yeah...I guess things could be worse.

Word from the MERCS folks is that they have stretches up to $600k to put up in the morning.

I wouldn't imagine that it could get there,.. But some of these do get super crazy in the last two days,... 48hour mark is around 11am east coast time.

40k earned yesterday. If a similar day is done today, that's 400k down. That leaves the BIG day. The final 24 hours. Honestly, if the last day is as big as I'm hoping, those goals above 500k might be necessary. Maybe not 600k big, but I I can dream!

I'm still not seeing why this isn't going absolutely bonkers like some of the other big minis games did.

Yeah the last few days have been going really well, and things continue to climb, but I want this game to see Zombicide or Kingdom Death type numbers.

With the sheer amount of stuff they're giving you it really is a good deal.

I'm still hoping to see something scaly and reptilian at some point for this game.

I think it's fallout from all of the mega KS games lately,... I think so many people have been dropping sooooo much (and in some cases disappointed with either the mini quality or the game play). People have been routinely dropping over $300 on games,.. I always wonder how much longer this can keep up?

I personally haven't backed many at all,... So I'm really psyched about this one. Stay tuned,.. New stretch goals this morning!

Agree. Many companies have been late, over promised, been unable to faithfully represent concept art and sucked a lot of goodwill out of the KS community.

I learned my lesson on backing unsculpted figures because once they have your money they can have hacks finish the rest.

This KS I feel has a good track record of being able to faithfully turn concept art into figures. And the sheer number of minis makes it worth it to me because what is already sculpted is worth 100$, But my normal rules would have prevented me from backing it due to other experiences with other KS. It is very frustrating to drop 300$ for a bunch of ugly minis because you backed unsculpted minis.

Are the Skald and Spriggan and Elemental Boss add ons that don't presently come with any of the pledges? THat's my understanding, but I wanted to make sure.

Also: The minis looked really great at Adepticon. I wish Keith and Brian could have done a bit more demoing, but they were willing to answer pretty much any and all questions. Really great dudes.

Yeah, they are add-on only. Get em while they're hot!

I figured this would blow up. They had a REALLY great showing at Adepticon.

Was there any more info in regards to what was included in the two decks (treasure and quest?) or if they'll be available later? I haven't been following all of the updates THAT closely. Thanks!

The Treasure deck has items that aren't available anywhere else and the Quest deck has 30 cards in it. 20 Chapter, 8 Act, and 2 Story quests. They will definitely be seeing general release.

Oh, and the Treasure deck has items for every class. Skald, Spriggen, and Trickster as well
