It seems like over the past week I both miss more--and smash barricades less--despite getting upgrades. Not sure if that's confirmation bias, bad timing as others are building up barricades or a code change.

Gelassius Hospital, Chatwin Library and Club Atthill are all quiet, too. I think Attrill Bank is likely the one with the prizes inside; possibly Pilyer Hotel too.

Banks, clubs, and police stations are the most likely human hiding places. However, it is possible that they will either flee to another suburb or get canny and hide in buildings that are poor defensively and/or poor resource points.

BB4 went back to Pitneybank.

I spent some time scrubbing graffitti calling for river tactics yesterday. I suspect the harmans are in a stage of retreat, perhaps closing doors and enacting slight repairs as they flee. But they'll be back soon enough, like the world's most macabre food delivery truck.
