Again - he learned all of his gak from Urien Rakarth. There's nothing Fabius can do that Urien can't do better (and worse).

He was experimenting back in the heresy, so no, he didn't 'learn all his gak from Urien'. He expanded his repertoire considerably of that there's no doubt.

I'd not like to be caught by ANY empire force because I'm a heretic.

I could fake not being a heretic. But it'd fail any Inquisitorial thing.

The people in the past who convinced themselves to do unspeakable things were no less human than you or I. They made their decisions; the only thing that prevents history from repeating itself is making different ones.

So was Urien. He predates the fall.

Seriously, read the DE codex. Fabius studied under Urien. PG 22. The Tower of Flesh.

He was tutored there. 796.M37, and fluffwise he is still miles behind on mad-scientist skills in comparison. He can fleshwarp folks and increase their strength in so doing, but most of his experiments are failiures. His subjects generally end up dead or horribly deformed and wishing for death, rather than the super-soldiers he's aiming for.

I don't doubt he's learned some new stuff since the Heresy, since he hadn't met Urien yet, but i'd bet that everything he has learned that wasn't taught to him by the DE is something Urien or the other Haemies have tried and rejected. He may have learned something they don't know, who knows (as it's not listed anywhere) but they have a far far higher success rate, for the same effect or better

Khorne doesn't do torture. Khorne is actually against causing pain because pain feeds Slaanesh. Rather Khorne goes for the quick but bloody kill.

Yeah, Khorne would just lop off your noggin in the blink of an eye. Khorne is a corrupted version of the god of honorable combat. He doesn't want to watch you squirm, he wants to win and gloat about it.

True about Khorne, getting killed by one of his followers might actually be one of the preferred ways to die in the 40k universe. It'd be gruesome but quick at least.
