There are provisions... but, it's painful. If I have some time, I'll google-fu it... but it definitely entails that the country goes back to it's own currency (may not be the same one prior to the Euro).
EDIT: I believe it's in here:

Thanks for that. I thought that there had been some change to it after the Treaty of Rome (you know, the one where the Republic of Ireland got to keep having referendums on until they got the right result )

You know, when Germany was making this kind of noise we were afraid because Germany was the second greatest industrial power on Earth (or maybe the Soviets edged them out by 39...) Greece is most decidedly not in such a position. I fully expect Turkey to slap them down with ridiculous ease should they try to pull a Hitler.

Well Golden Dawn may attempt to slap Turkey anyways, they don't seem to like each other very much.

That's just what Turkey needs - it already has a civil war on one border, and now another neighbour's growing nationalism could cause it problems

Turkey is a member of NATO and has enough military power on it's own, can't see it happening myself. The crisis will be solved by either further and deeper integration amongst members, cutting the weaker economies loose or having a two speed Europe i.e. Northern industrialised and southern basket-cases.

Compare the Turkish and Greek militaries. Notice how the Turkish military thoroughly outclasses the Greek one in every imaginable category. They outnumber the Greeks, their training is better than the Greeks, their equipment is of higher quality than the Greeks, their leadership is more skilled than that of the Greeks, and generally any new Greco-Turkish war would last maybe a month at most if Turkey was distracted, a week if it isn't. And it would be known as "the great Mediterranean curbstomp."
