So unless you have played in a GT in the last couple of months you do not realize that there is a major issue with time and finishing games. So all of those people just say to add more points unaware of the time issue.

It is like a hurricane is approaching New Orleans and the people who know better get out of town, and the others end up in the Superdome. The people who want more points without increasing the time per round are the last type.

I'd be stoked to see 1500, hell, even 1650.

In my mind it is better to finish games. The nice thing about 1500 too, is that you can have 2 hour rounds and the pace of the game is nice and leisurely. You don't feel so much pressure to rush.

I'd play 1500. That's a little easier to transport too for us folks that are making a journey.

Yeah, it is a lot of fun.

Ultimately though, unless we feel super strongly about something, we want to give people the tournament they want. We don't play in it after all!

Just wondering why there are no special characters allowed in the Fantasy tournament. There are some armies that cant be created without the use of SC.

40K is over half full (out of 256 players) so it looks like we'll sell out which is so awesome for first year!! Going to be a blast.

Nahh, It is the same coat I wore(Im planning on turning it into a Inquistor costume this time) But the material really wrinkles badly. So when I get ther I would have to iron it out, and the material is thick too on some part.
And I want to Travel Light, Im trying to ee if I cant fit all my clothes into a single back Pack

I also have a stupid question. How will you guys be Treating FW Chapter Tactics? And how strict will chapter tactics be?
Like Lets say I have my army PAINTED as White Scars, But I want to play them as Ultra Marines? Is that Kosher aslong as I lt my Opponent Know?

We have always used FW Chapter Tactics and Characters, it's just that very few people have ever taken advantage of it.

Per usual, you have to have the most recent rules on hand and you have to be sure to let your opponent know what's going on before the game.

As for using counts as, yeah, that's cool. Again, just be sure to tell your opponent what's up.

Some armies like Tau and eldar scale down really well at lower points. It is amazing how much Tau can get for even just 1000 points.
