The army list builder built into the SM edex does not allow the medic to take any wargear.

Really? Wow that suck, oh well that is one less grav gun in my army, but im sure 10 grav guns is still enough. and it is one less I have to try to make/get

Also, Warmachine and Hordes has REALLY picked up now that we're 95% likely to be a Warmachine Weekend qualifier and Store War event.

Here is a preview what the LVO WM trophy will look like. There will be one for 1st-3rd for each tournament along with a BIG one for the overall champion of the weekend (most tournament wins). They will be multi-depth resin toppers on a plinth base that will hold the tournament coins. They will be colored according to place and nicely weathered!

Though I'm on the fence about staying at Ballys. I was there a few years ago and it was just about the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and that includes comparing it to the 'establishments' I stayed at in Nairobi.

I understand the benefit to you of staying at the hotel. I'll call them and see if the management has changed since '08. If it has I'll stay there.

Man!!! sounds like their will be a plethora of top-notch, east coasters coming over. This is going to be a PARTY! I will need to start playing again and maybe even read some of these new Coedices I have been hearing so much about.

And yeah, we run 2.5 hour rounds at 1750, we think we should have a high completion ratio. We also plan on testing out a system that let's players know what turn they should be on as we go.

Check out this awesome art Goatboy made for the LVO! What we are using it for though, shall remain a secret! muahaha!





Also, I was in Vegas last week briefly and snapped a pic of the hall. It's HUGE! The pic below does it no justice. I could only get a part of it in frame, it is giant! The BAO hall was 7,000sqft, this is more than double that and it will be so awesome to see it full with gaming!

But, it has carpeted floors which is great for keeping sound levels down and for ease on the old knees! The hall is ginormous, 15,000+ square feet of what will be gaming awesomeness! Also, the hall is away from the main gambling area, so it won't be crowded which will be nice.

Oh noes! That floor will swallow dice up by the bucket. Busy floor carpet designs are bad mojo for dropped dice. If I was frontline, I would be selling dice on the side...

All a part of our devious plan! Muaha!

Just kidding, we have (obviously) no control over the color of the carpet, we're just glad there's some there! Concrete can be painful to stand on all day.

Dont worry, I will bring dye for the carpet, I doupt few people use pink dice.

Hey Reece - any updates on the Malifaux tournament? The placeholder page remains pretty sparse on details. (I think the wife & I are going to transition that way; trying to teach her 40k at this point is just too crazy.)
