Unless you know you are playing against a psyker-heavy army I have to say no. Malys is unfortunately overpriced.

no because the best psykic powers, and the ones that are spammed are blessings, which she has no affect on.

She is an archon without a good close combat weapon or a shadowfield. Pretty useless
