I can see the Starks as Space Wolves but the Lannisters would be Blood Angels as they're the "pretty boys".

I think they were going for the rivalry between the houses, but you do have a point Breotan

I think the Tully's would have to be Carcharodons.

The Dothraki would definitely be White Scars

House Tullys sigil is a fish. Carcharodons emblem is a shark. Sharks are just big fish. The Greyjoy sigil is an octopus. I am unaware of any octopus related chapters.

I sadly don't agree with the Lannisters as Dark Angels, I can see why though...

I wasn't going onto emblems, but the Gryjoy strikes me more as Carcharodons than the Tully, specially after Balon's death.

I'm sure there are a few from Japanese collectors out there I'd Google them at your own risk though

Targaryens would be Alpha Legion. Hydra and Three Headed Dragon are pretty close for symbols, plus it denotes the fact that they're currently outside the fold of mainstream Westeros.
