Hello,

Just a few thoughts:

The CSM and the chosen need some assault weapons (melta) or heavy weapons to take on armour. The chosen really really need them otherwise you might as well have just taken standard marines.

The low range on the ectoplasma make the forgefiend poor anti-vehicle.

I like the idea of the warp talons and sorcerer but think it's only really worth it when against marines.

Really you could do with some more troop choices to suit more of the 6 standard missions. Also, I think you are going for a relatively balanced army which really could do with more heavy support choices; for example you don't have much fire power to deal with armour at range or to thin hordes down. Also, if you are up against an air-force list you don;t have enough anti-ait in a single heldrake.

Removed chaos spawns.

Gave Chosen meltas and a melta bomb. CSM already have anti armor.

Changed from ectoplasma to hades on Forgefiend, better against air and infantry.

Added 2 Obliterators.

I'll look into troops choices.

Not sure if Mark of Tzeentch will really benefit your cultists in the long run. Unless you plan on being out in the open, a cover save will be better almost every time. Granted, having a 6++ is better than nothing. I would try to get another stubber for dakka.

Your sorcer has no invul save? Would be nice to at least have a 5++ on an HQ.

Melta bombs are pretty situational, as Krak grenades will do the job most of the time. Unless you plan on being in assault with Dreads, or assaulting monoliths/land raiders, leave these at home.

Extra armor is all but useless on rhinos, points better spent elsewhere. Gifts of mutation for your apostle and sorcerer would be a good buy.

Agree you could use more troops...the chosen are basically just expensive marines that are not scoring. Might be better with normal CSM.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

Chosen are now out.

I gave my Dark Apostle a GoM and my Sorceror Aura of Dark Glory. (I would also give him GoM if I knew whether HQs can take more than 1 reward).

Also added a 5 man plague marine squad. Champ has GoM.

Cultist have Tzeentch because Dark Apostle is with them.
